Nous avons séjourné dans cet h?tel du 13 au 17 juillet 2025, en famille (2 adultes et 4 enfants agés de 5 à 16 ans). L’établissement est situé à l’entrée de la ville d’Eilat. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis et le check-in s’est déroulé rapidement. J’ai choisi de prendre un supplément pour bénéficier d’une chambre avec piscine privée. Belle surprise à notre arrivée : la chambre, spacieuse et joliment décorée, nous attendait avec une corbeille de fruits, une bouteille de vin et de belles serviettes brodées au logo de l’h?tel. Ces petites attentions nous ont vraiment fait plaisir et nous ont donné l’impression d’être des invités privilégiés . L’architecture extérieure de l’h?tel est superbe, dans un style oriental avec de petits pavillons qui rappellent les médinas marocaines. C’est très dépaysant, charmant et bien entretenu. Les points positifs : Parking gratuit juste en face de l’h?tel. Accès aux chambres via un bracelet connecté (plus besoin de carte magnétique !) : très pratique. Formule all inclusive idéale avec des bars autour de la piscine proposant boissons (y compris eau en bouteille), jus, cocktails et glaces à volonté pour les enfants. Propreté générale de l’h?tel, bien meilleure que ce qu’on voit parfois dans d'autres établissements tout inclus. Restauration variée et de qualité, aussi bien au petit déjeuner, déjeuner qu’au d?ner. Plusieurs piscines dont une intérieure. L’extérieur est agréable avec de nombreux transats et lits pour se détendre. Accès direct à un parc aquatique voisin avec des toboggans pour petits et grands – un vrai plus ! Les points à améliorer : Dans l’une des chambres, la ventilation de la salle de bain faisait un bruit vraiment fort et désagréable, contrairement à l’autre chambre où cela ne posait aucun souci. L’échelle de la piscine privative était instable, les poignées mal fixées. Malgré un premier signalement et une intervention rapide, le problème est revenu. Dommage que la réparation n’ait pas été durable. Autour de la piscine, des matelas sont mis à disposition sans coussins. C’est vraiment étrange : on se retrouve à empiler des serviettes ou à prendre les coussins de la chambre pour poser la tête… une amélioration simple et logique serait bienvenue à ce niveau !( Cf photo) Je vous serez reconnaissant a la personne de l'h?tel qui lira mon message de me donner une explication la dessus Enfin, l’h?tel est un peu excentré du centre-ville : la dernière navette gratuite part à 18h, donc pour les sorties en soirée, il faut utiliser sa voiture ou prendre un taxi. En conclusion : Cet h?tel se distingue clairement des autres établissements de la cha?ne Fattal, notamment par son architecture, la possibilité d’avoir une piscine privée, la qualité de l’accueil, la propreté et le confort général. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et je le recommande vivement !

We will never come back to this hotel. These are the reasons why. - Location - far away from the seaside, so many garbage outside. - Parking - far away from the suites. - Overcrowded on weekends. - Dark public spaces (lobby, dinning area, bar, etc.) - Tiny gym. - Messy rooms (one day our room wasn't cleaned at all, fresh towels and toilet paper!!! were lack). - TV did not work. - Queue to the dining room. - Low quality beverages. No fresh juice. - No barrister. - Only 4 slides were working in a Water Park. - Pool opens only at 9 a.m. - Couldn't find any water cooler at night.

The hotel is very unusual and authentic comparing to "average all inclusive for families with kids". The suites are great, comfortable and authentic. You have both a nice swimming pools inside the hotel, and free entrance to Water attractions park outside. The food is cool, they somehow manage to make meals "thematic". Just for example, by arrival we had a dinner with dishes reminding "fast food chains" but with 5* hotel quality - the kids were absolutely delighted, but we were worried that this is a constant style. However, already a supper was completely different - with an emphasys on fish dishes etc. In short, you will not regret choosing the place for your vacation

The food wasn’t the best, but aside from that it was a great stay. I would go there again, and would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The hotel crew is mostly nice and very helpful.Food is diversed , plenty, for each kind of taste, its fresh and besutifully served. The only thing I reallybdisliked was the un cleanliness of the public areas, the ways to and from thebrooms, and the rooms themselves. Need immediate cleaning, including the bathroomarea.I stepped more than once on toe nails , hair was evertwhere, bad sheets stained.Its a pitty because otherewise it eas a lot of fun for adults and kids

A perfect place for families, a high-level all-inclusive hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained, Indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and more. the food is varied, fresh and delicious. The staff is very helpful. Highly recommended.

The price is very high, and what u get is not worth the price. The waterpark is little small. Private pol rooms water r very cold. Parking is ok but no roof, your car temperature may reach 70c out there. The food is not good, but u will be able to eat it it is ok. Indoor pool water is warm. They also have kids club, final score is 3 stars. Does not deserve that prices….

Came yesterday to this hotel, at noon. At the reception desk which was separated for regular guests and others, we were welcomed by someone whose name is Racheli, and later we found out she's the CEO here. As we waited patiently for our 2 rooms to be clean, she was dealing with other guests. Very efficient and after few minutes we got our rooms. After a while room service knocked on our door, and brought us a bottle of wine, 2 glasses of wine, and a set of seasonal fruits - per room. We told the room service this is a mistake since we didn't ask for it and he told us it's for VIP. At that point, we insisted that it's a mistake since we're definitely not VIP but he told us it's not a mistake. Suspicious we said ? Anyway, at evening as we sat to eat at the dining room, I saw Racheli and told her about the incident, then she said it's not a mistake and not peculiar since she decided to give us a VIP gift because we waited at the reception desk too much time. I can assure you it was 4-5 minutes at the most, of waiting there. At that point I understood it was the nice face of the staff, the good and dignified behaviour, the European welcoming style and as we came back now, after we've been here a year ago, we surely are going to be here in the future. You see, it's not only the hotel is located outside Eilat, it has plenty things for kids to do here, good food, not to much although we have FB basis. It's the welcoming staff of this lovely hotel that bought us at the pick of our hearts...
