Very friendly staff, helpful. Good value for money apt if a little basic and tired looking. Same problem as with most places - Towels really rough!!!!

We had a beautiful 2 week break staying at üstün Apart, Fatima (Fatosh) is honestly so lovely, along with Hulia, and all of the amazing staff. The rooms have everything you need, utensils, pots pans etc, they are also kept so clean, clean towels given continuously. The place is perfect for families who are looking for peace and quiet, and a huge bonus is that it's just a 5 minute walk to the beach in one direction and 5 minutes to the shops in the opposite direction. Beautiful swimming pool which the kids practically had to themselves. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough, and would definitely go back there. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

I have read a couple of the latest reviews. And I have to disagree…. The owners have been nothing but polite and courteous, they say good morning, good afternoon and good evening every time we see them, they say goodbye whenever we leave the apartments, and hello when we return, there is no one actually manning the bar, how ever we have had no problem getting water or a beer when ever we wanted, likewise when I asked if I could have 4 larger plates to use, fatma was only too willing and brought me some. Even when I needed an iron and ironing board she let me use them. As for showering “in a toilet” almost every hotel/apartment I have been in, here and back home, the en-suite is an area with a toilet, sink, and shower cubicle. As for being out dated. I doubt the other posters didn’t realise the unit doors on the kitchen are relatively recent, the showers have been updated and all the air con units are relatively new too…. Other guests around the pool may be Turkish, but non are related to the owners, they are on holiday just the same. And again they have been polite. The two elderly people are their parents who are very frail. And they care for them daily, alongside running the apartments, cleaning and washing all the bedding and towels daily. Don’t let a few bad reviews put you off staying here. It’s a lovely quaint, and quiet family run apartments

This was a perfect place for our family vacation. The location was amazing, the area is beautiful and green. The owners are extremely welcoming and accommodating and we felt right at home. You do have to pay for using the AC, but that is completely understandable for a boutique hotel in the middle of summer. Thank you for being gracious hosts!

Lokasyonu guzel,tertemiz bir isletme Otelin konumu, oda temizligi ve Fatos hanimin ilgisinden memnun kaldik. Tekrar tercih edebilecegimiz bir isletme oldu. Otel plaja 7 dk yurume mesafesinde ve merkezi bir konumda, sokakta arac parkiyla ilgili bir problem yasamadik. Klima ucretinin ekstra olmasi garip geldi sadece konaklama ucretine dahil edilmemis. Tavsiye edebilecegim bir konaklama deneyimi oldu??
