Ottima vacanza sul mare, spiaggia allo stato naturale, confort cortesia e pulizia, panorami mozza fiato, piscina disponibile e accessibile tutto il giorno

Fab location, great price & amazing manager. We arrived late at night so had to sit outside (our fault). The lovely manager saw us let us have a temporary room at 6 a.m. great location on the beach albeit the beach isn’t nice. Location is great less than 5 min walk to main areas. Rooms have 3 full size beds not a sofa bed. Pool area really chilled. Thank you.

Had the best 5 days at Utopia Kavos. The location, apartment, pool, view just everything was exactly what me and my friends look for on our yearly get away. We ate at the pool bar a few times and can honestly say the food there was better than some of the restaurants we visited. Have to say the lovely beautiful lady Jo that works the bar definitely made our stay a 10/10. Nothing wad too much or little for us, she chatted to us daily, gave us advice on what to do and where to go, just pretty much went above and beyond for us all. The sea is literally a stones throw from the pool and both so refreshing with the glorious weather we had. Thanks again Utopia… we will be back ＜3

My stay was unreal here at Utopia, I was there for a week and I had the best time. The staff and cleaners alike were friendly and attentive. The Hotel itself was perfect, on the beach front, excellent pool and very clean. Cute cats dotted around aswell made it the perfect place to stay in Kavos.

Stayed at Utopia with my husband and a friend who had her own room. Rooms are basic, but ours was clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed, linen changed regularly. Hot water, fridge, dressing table. The room met all our needs as we were only using it to wash, change and sleep. There was a fridge and kettle and sink and outside table and chairs and a clothes airer and pegs for drying. A few loose screws here and there, but maintenance came and fixed them. Room had AC. Had to ask how to get it working. Bar staff are lovely. Lovely cocktails. Sat around pool looking out to sea. Music was played which we enjoyed. Had some good food there and to the left off the beach was a very good Taverna. Eva is very friendly and helped us with any queries and recommendations. Good value for money all round.

My husband and I visited last year as part of a large party of people for a large music event and loved the location so my we decided to return to stay this year for the same event. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. We had asked for a room with a sea-view which we got and were surprised about how large the private terrace was, which was a lovely surprise. The room was basic, but clean and tidy and it also included a small kitchenette area and a decent size fridge. All in all, really pleased. Its a lovely, quiet hotel so if you are wanting that - then the Utopia is definitely worth considering. Its a short walk from lots of great places to eat and of course, its on a beautiful beach. It also benefits from a fantastic taverna right next door where you can go to eat or order the food from there to be delivered to you at the hotel. We loved our stay and that will be our no.1 choice for when we return (hopefully next year). We have stayed in Kavos before, but this has been the best hotel yet!

La posizione dell’hotel centrale ma lontano dal caos di Kavos. Direttamente sul mare anche se il peggiore di tutta l’isola. L’hotel potrebbe anche essere carino se non fosse abbandonato a se stesso e venisse modernizzato leggermente. Dalle 20:00 in poi è tutto chiuso senza nemmeno una persona di riferimento.
