The hotel have NO LIFT and we are given room at third floor. It was surprising that such an important information is missing to mention anyin the booking process. I do not know the process of listing hotels on trip.com but this information certainly should be there.
The room was comfortable however there was small opening at the corner of the room thru which noise was coming at night disturbing our sleep. On asking the reception guy said it is purposely kept for some wifi etc, for me the reason doesn't make sense.
