Our stay at Vail Run couldn’t have been better. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable as well as helpful. The room was spacious with a wonderful fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. The lobby was beautiful with seasonal lighting everywhere. The shuttle was very convenient. Had a great time.

The apartment was clean and had comfortable bedding and plenty of towels. The kitchen was tiny but had a great collection of spices for cooking. The hot tub and pool were just right for apres ski.

Great location for our ski vacation at Vail. Clean, well supplied kitchen, staff was great especially Carol at front desk. Transportation to ski area was convenient. Would definitely recommend

I have stayed at Vail Run many times and it is a quality place that is well managed and maintained. The manager, Carol, is fantastic!

Staff was very friendly and helpful except cleaning staff they need more people training, room was clean and spacious. My family and I were there to ski and the bus service from the hotel was very helpful. There’s also the city bus stop at walking distance. There’s a bar downstairs from the hotel, bartender was friendly and professional, we had pizza from the restaurant and it was decent. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

The check in process was terrible. The person at the desk was condescending, arrogant and rude. He acted as if it was a bother for me being there. I am not one to complain, but it was terrible. Other staff members were fine. The room was great, with nice hotel amenities. The outside parking lot costing $20 per night is ridiculous.

I was there for a nearby conference, but it was a fantastic place for families. They went all out with Halloween decorations—very festive. They also had a great kids room, pool and arcade/game room. The property is a little older, but very clean and comfortable with a fireplace, spacious private balcony, kitchen, and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great view of aspen grove. Lovely balcony. Kitchen had everything you would need!!! We lived the heated pool and hot tub??
