A magical place to stay. My husband and I really enjoyed out night there. The staff was very attentive. Super clean and modern. A very special resort in the middle of the desert.

An unforgettable experience in Wadi Rum. The staff were absolutely amazing – kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, including a beautiful birthday surprise with a private dinner by the fire. The room was beautifully decorated, the facilities were excellent (great gym and pool), and the views were simply stunning. The jeep tour through Wadi Rum was a highlight – breathtaking landscapes and a truly unique experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Staying at Valley Resort was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The staff were truly exceptional ... warm, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy at all times. Their hospitality felt genuine and personal, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The accommodation itself was fantastic: clean, comfortable, and beautifully set within the stunning desert landscape. Waking up and going to sleep surrounded by the calm and beauty of Wadi Rum was something really special. Overall, Valley Resort exceeded all expectations. The combination of amazing staff, great accommodation, and the magical setting made this a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wadi Rum.

We stayed in a martian dome room which had everything needed for a perfect stay, toiletries, AC, plenty of beautifully soft towels, water, fridge. Iron and hairdryer could be provided upon request. Pros: The resort itself is absolutely stunning with exceptional facilities, including gym, pool and various activities such as darts, archery, pool table. There is also a viewing rooftop which can be accessed for beautiful views and stargazing. We visited during what seemed to be off-peak as there were only 6 others in the whole resort so staff were extremely attentive and even organised balloons and homemade cakes for my birthday. This was a lovely touch. A welcome drink of tea and water and a cold towel was provided on arrival. Dinner and breakfast are included within the price. Dinner was great quality and tasty. Everything seemed fresh and in particular, the staff took special care knowing that I was vegetarian. We understood that usually the breakfast would also be a buffet however as there were only a few of us within the resort - staff prepared a traditional Jordanian spread including various dips, olives, bread, eggs etc. Transfers from Wadi Rum visitors centre is included within the price, via Jeep car. Cons: There was a sewage-like smell in the bathroom. However, we understand that plumbing may not be easy in the middle of the desert. This did not ruin our trip! For a luxury resort (and therefore high priced stay), we would have expected for coffee at breakfast to be included within the price paid.

Exceeded our expectations. Staff were so attentive and friendly. The resort is kept so well. Food was fantastic. Stay in the moon tents. The pool area is so clean and relaxing.

It’s even better in real life compared to the photos. Feels like you’re sleeping on Mars with amazing views. Can’t recommend a better place to experience Wadi Rum.

A fabulous resort in the middle of the Wadi Rum protected area, so with wonderful views of the desert by day and the Milky Way by night. Our Martian dome exceeded our expectations, with a very modern ensuite, WiFi, AC and a proper front door. The hotel felt like new, extremely clean and modern and the staff were extremely professional, attentive and friendly. The manager even came over after midnight to remove a light which was effecting our starry sky photographs - for service, that is away beyond the normal! We had a driver, Aied, who looked after us whilst we were there. He supplied transit to the hotel and back from the car park in Wadi Rum Village, since there are no roads across the desert. He took us for a drive around the dunes and took us for sunset at a great site on our first evening, then took us out for the following day through some spectacular scenery to visit all of the main sights - a good driver with very good English, so we learned a lot. Be aware that the drivers only take cash, not credit cards, but there is an ATM at the visitor centre. If you are considering Wadi Rum, don't miss thie spectacular region, and the Valley Resort is an excellent choice

Is it worth the extra money? Yes. 10/10 food, great people, rooms with a view and they helped organize the tours as was convenient for me. Thr bar and the pool are unique.

Stunned at how beautiful “Valley Resort” is! I was overwhelmed, the staff are so welcoming and the resort is amazing It’s an oasis in the desert ! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so fantastic!! We will be back ??

Beautiful place! We went with my friends and had a wonderful experience. The place is immaculate. We arrived around 3 p.m. and were greeted with coffee, fresh water, and wet towels to clean our faces and hands, which were covered in sand. Then we spent a few minutes relaxing in the massage chairs before heading to the bar to play pool, have a beer, and eat lunch while we relaxed and enjoyed the spectacular view. After lunch, we went for a swim in the pool. I had to leave for work and missed the evening there. It's worth noting that the rooms are luxurious! I hope to return soon and stay at least two days to enjoy the fire, the sunset, a delicious dinner, and gaze at the starry sky! It is to easy to arrive. It is 10 minutes from Wadi Rum Center.
