Excellent room, location all the amenities were there in room. Nice breakfast

Overall, our stay was good, especially considering that the main purpose of the trip was to relax and enjoy the thermal baths. In that sense, the hotel delivered a pleasant experience.
However, communication before arrival was a weak point. Until the very last moment, no one contacted me via Trip.com messages. This was disappointing, especially because I booked the stay as a gift for my elderly parents and wanted to stay in close contact with the hotel before check-in to avoid any stress or misunderstandings.
The room itself was excellent — spacious, comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. One small but noticeable detail was missing: there was no electric kettle in the room, and no tea bags available, which would have been appreciated.
The most stressful moment happened on the first day at breakfast. Only my father was registered in the system, and my mother was not allowed to enter initially, as if she were not part of the booking. This caused unnecessary stress for my parents. Both of their surnames were clearly provided during the reservation, so this situation was quite unexpected.
Breakfast itself was very good, which is what you would expect given the price level.
In general, the overall impression is positive — the stay was enjoyable and relaxing.
My main recommendation is to improve communication and booking accuracy, especially when guests are traveling as a family or when the stay is booked as a gift.

La propreté de la chambre lorsqu’on reste plusieurs nuit , comme dans beaucoup d’h?tel malheureusement.
Du moisie dans la douche , pour un h?tel de ce niveau ce n’est pas acceptable.
Pour le reste rien à redire, petit déjeuner excelent et très copieuy

Great breakfast, it's moved on from when it was a Radison Hotel. it is now a lot smarted and generaly a nicer place to stay.
Parking is better than it used to be with some free parking outside the front as the large "gravel area" has re opened

L'h?tel est très bien situé surtout si vous allez aux thermes avec le funiculaire dédié.
La chambre est belle. Le petit dejeuner est très varié. Le personnel est très agréable.

This hotel is spotless and conveniently located with direct access to Thermes Spa via an attached Fernicular, daily housekeeping was amiss and not as advertised and when I brought it ro the front desk's attention all I recieved waa, would you like some new towels, i can give you some new towels but theres is nonhousekeeping at this time

Belle chambre, salle de restaurant recement renovee, personnel accueillant, excellent buffet petit-dejeuner.
Deux remarques: le parking interieur est tres etroit et la piscine et le spa ne sont pas reellement dans l'hotel, mais dans les thermes. L'annonce sur ********** pourrait etre plus claire a ce sujet.

Я останавливалась в Van der Valk Hotel Spa во время сольной поездки, и осталась очень довольна выбором. Отель удобно расположен — прямо в центре города Спа, рядом с термами и зелёным парком, где приятно гулять и отдыхать.
Номер был очень уютным, чистым и хорошо оборудованным. Особенно порадовала просторная ванная комната и удобная кровать — всё способствовало комфортному отдыху. В отеле царит спокойная атмосфера, что особенно важно, когда путешествуешь одна.
Персонал был внимательным и доброжелательным, всегда готов помочь и ответить на вопросы. Завтрак порадовал разнообразием: свежая выпечка, фрукты, горячие блюда — всё вкусно и аккуратно подано.
Для меня это место стало отличной точкой для восстановления и перезагрузки. Если вы путешествуете в одиночку и ищете комфорт и спокойствие — Van der Valk Hotel Spa определённо стоит рассмотреть. С удовольствием вернусь снова!
