I came to Vanilla County at a time when my body and mind needed real rest. I was exhausted and my mind wouldn't stop racing. I needed a place to anchor me and this place offered exactly that. There is something deeply healing about being surrounded by so much green, open space, and clean air. The days move gently here. You sleep better, you eat better, and you start to feel a little bit like yourself again. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, and the entire property seems designed to support quiet and ease. Matthew and Silu hold this space with so much heart. They have a way of making you feel seen and cared for without ever being intrusive. You always know that if you need something, they are there, but they also respect your need for solitude and stillness. The food is beautifully nourishing. Every meal felt like it was made with intention, using fresh ingredients and simple flavours that let the body relax instead of being overwhelmed. It was a big part of why I felt so good by the time I left. Vanilla County is not just a place to stay. It is a place to recover, to breathe, and to come back to yourself. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vagamon. P.S- the food here is incredible and deserves special mention. Please carry drawstring pants because the food here is the best food I've eaten in a while.

We had our absolute best stay in India at Vanilla County. Wonderful and friendly staff, excellent food and a lovely room. The guided tour with our guide from the Estate to the Rubber plantation was just great and pleasant. This is the place to stay at next time in Kerala.

A nice homestay facility: The main home of a plantation owner. It was historically interesting. The food was excellent. The restaurant and kitchen staff were very helpful. The home could use a little investment to refresh the facilities; particularly the pool area.

A charming place. We discovered this lovely spot and immediately fell under the spell of this boutique hotel. Everything is arranged with tremendous taste. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with very attractive furniture. All the comfort you could wish for is there. The team is incredibly efficient and so kind. And the cuisine is of remarkable quality. All of this makes the place truly magical.

This is a typical homestay in a local mansion in an isolated place in the middle of the tropical forest. The house is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and the staff very friendly. You can enjoy a nice swimming pool and trekking in the area. They offer cooking lessons which are great fun and in the evening you eat what you cooked. A different experience from regular hotels, worth trying. The food was very good. All in all highly recommended

The stay was absolutely beautiful. It has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. If you are looking for a getaway for a few days away from all the chaos around you, then Vanila County is the place for you. Loved The Experience

Une très belle propriété dans un environnement très calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et donnent sur un joli jardin fleuri. De bons repas sont pris en plein air. L'accueil et le personnel sont chaleureux. Petite piscine agréable à l'écart. Balade intéressante dans la plantation avec le manager attentionné.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits formidables dans cette magnifique maison d’h?tes. Un seul regret : ne pas être resté plus longtemps ! Un endroit que nous recommandons vraiment, le plus beau de nos vacances au Kerala. Le personnel est charmant et les repas sont excellents. Nous avions la pension complète. La piscine est magnifique et c’était très agréable de se rafra?chir. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé se promener dans les alentours. Une végétation luxuriante, plantations de café, vanille, ananas… splendide et de nombreux chemins où se balader tout près de l’h?tel.
