Fremragende service, personalet var s? venlige og hjalp med de problemer jeg oplevede.
Herunder at min #2 reservation ikke var g?et igennem, men det lykkedes dem alligevel at finde rum til mig.
Og str?mmen til mit v?relse gik, men de hjalp med et smil med at f? str?mmen tilbage. :)

God lounge, fint morgenmadsbuffetomr?de, fint pool-omr?de.
Afl?bet p? badev?relset kunne ikke helt f?lge med, men det gik nogenlunde.

This hotel seemed to be recently renovated so everything was in great condition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and service was great. Hotel is not a "*****" hotel, but bus transport is right outside that can take you downtown and to the bus station to connect to other areas. 2great supermarkets are 5 minutes walk from the hotel so you can stock up on room snacks very easily. Breakfast was very good with excellent continental as well as eggs and bacon options. Many types of pastries, breads and fruits were available as well as cerials, cheeses and lunch meats. Pool was clean and refreshing after a day out. Only thing I could suggest to improve the pool bar menu to include more snack options for people who want to eat a quick meal at that facility. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel as a base from which to explore the rest of Crete. A

L’emplacement de l’h?tel est au bord de la route (donc la piscine l’est également) mais proche dheraklion. Si vous souhaitez de la tranquillité ce n’est pas le bon choix d’h?tel. Les chambres sont correctes malgré que des que nous nous sommes lavés le savon ressortait par un trou au sol au milieu de la salle de bain. Les femmes de ménages rentrent après avoir toqué, sans attente d’une réponse. Les murs sont fins ont entends tout, difficile de passer une nuit au calme. De plus, le parking est tout petit. C’est à dire que chaque voitures est garées l’une devant l’autre donc pour sortir il faut demander à l’h?tel qui la déplace. Mais selon moi c’est le détail le moins important. Point positif, le buffet du petit déjeuner est bon et varié, le personnel est également gentil.

We were moved here by TUI after our flight was cancelled and after initially being put in a 5* resort the night before, a resort that had refused us any food and drink when we arrived (late at night) without a very steep cost. The Vanisko Hotel isn't located in the best area agreed, and yes your passports are kept by reception until you check out, however, we were all given rooms for the afternoon that were clean and comfortable. Bearing in mind we were leaving at 10.30pm I don't think any of us were expecting private spaces. We were given lunch and dinner, with coffee and juice that we could access during the day. Agreed the food wouldn't win any awards but it was perfectly acceptable, although maybe as many being put up had previously been in 5* accommodation it was likely a come down for what they'd been having on their holiday. The staff were nice and did what was expected of them to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The pool area was good. I know that many of the people leaving 1* reviews were likely frustrated from having flights cancelled, and most had been experiencing much more lavish accommodation on their holiday, but the Vanisko Hotel really isn't as awful are people are making out, and it was certainly nice to be somewhere where we could rest and relax for a few hours after the stress of the day before.

Our flight was cancelled due to technical issues in UK traffic control. At 2 am the hotel quickly roomed 180 guests. Not knowing when flights would be the hotel allowed us to remain in our rooms until 00.30 the next morning. Check out should have been 12 noon. They were very friendly efficient and helpful. We had breakfast lunch and diner which were all very good. Well done on dealing with this unexpected infux of people and being understanding. Thank you ??

L hotel si trova in una zona non centrale , sembra una zona industriale , lontano del centro ma abbastanza vicino al mare. Personale gentile, posto pulito. Piscina disponibile tutto il giorno; colazione sotto la media per fare una colazione italiana. Camere di dimensione discreta ma con condizionatore posto in posizione inadeguata per essere tollerato. Parcheggio disponile ma con L obbligo di lasciare le chiavi in reception. Prezzo buono .

Staff came to our rescue. We were accommodated here when our flight was cancelled with Tui due to sudden staff illness. A family we met on our holiday needed ketone urine sticks as one of their party had diabetes and want feeling great. Using an AI translate app I was able to ask for help and a member of their staff who spoke better English took me to two pharmacies to find what we needed and even offered to pay! As for the hotel it was clean, rooms accommodating and food catered for very last minute for us all (180 people at the least). The food on offer was a typical Creten experience which really was acceptable but obviously not on the same par as the all inclusive place we stayed prior to our flight cancellations. It has a lovely pool and very friendly bar staff pool side. We stayed in room 111 which was perfect for the two adults and two children (10 and 15). Room has a fridge, bath, shower head (though our hook was broken it was still workable. No bath plug but I made do with some quickly googled tricks to make one!) towels provided also and a light blanket for each person should they needed more heat. Thank you once again

Basen dost?pny podczas naszego pobytu w maju, m?odzie? wypoczywa?a sk?pana w promieniach s?onecznych, a dla och?ody kapa?a si? w basenie. Czysto?? to ogromna zaleta tego miejsca, gdzie pokoje sprz?tane by?y codziennie i wymieniane r?czniki, co kilka dni wymiana po?cieli. Spacer na pla?? to tylko przyjemno??. Nikos dzi?kujemy za Wspania?e chwile w Waszym Hotelu.
