I had an amazing experience staying in van serai.The food was top notch and the staff were really hospitable. We initially planned to stay for 3 days,instead we stayed there for a week.i would give a full 5.

Have already started recommending this place to my other family members and friends. As the name suggests, it is located amidst the beautiful deodar trees, overlooking the beautiful shiva forest. The boys have been very forthcoming and made our stay extremely comfortable. We truly felt at home. The simplicity and the love we recieved has touched our hearts. And the food we received was like a prasad, healthy and made with so much love. The cook here is blessed with culinary skills. Thank you Prashant and Sunder ji for making us feel very safe and at home. God bless.

Felt like home away from home. Initially thought its little expensive but after staying there felt its really worth it. whole proerty is aesthetically done. each and everything is meticulously planned and done. Food is really awesome. Staff's are really nice I think the major part of appreciation should go to them for maintaining the place so well and treating the guests so warmly.

Amazing place and vibe ! Great food and close to both temples I have stayed here 10+ time and always feel that I could stay for longer.

Very good experience and stay was very comfortable. Place is really nice. Location is very close to Jageshwar Temple and right in the midst of forests. Very quiet and peaceful. Place is full of antiques and has a charm of old Himalayan/european house. Food was very good.

I couldn’t find a better plan than van serai in Jageshwar to spend my time in silence with my friends. This place has the most energetic atmosphere and people. Surrounded by many energetic and intense places to visit, this stay serves the best of both worlds. I would want to spend my time there being in silence.

This place is a mix of culture, spiritual essence, and natural beauty. Just in front there's a stream, the temples at walkable distance add to the convenience, the place is beautifully designed and maintained. The staff is very polit, friendly, and helpful. I love this place for everything it has and must visit every year especially in rainy season.

The stay was beautifully designed, blending traditional Kumaoni architecture with modern comfort. Large windows opened to panoramic views of the lush mountains, and the sounds of birdsong and temple bells in the background made it feel truly divine. The rooms were clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated with local touches. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the hospitality felt personal and genuine. The food was simple yet delicious. Jageshwar temple is at walking distance from the stay.

This was much more than just a place to stay, it was a spiritual experience. The staff was kind, attentive, & deeply connected to the soul of the land. The food was the best we had in India. The accommodations are rustic but clean. Proximity to the temples is perfect.
