I'm staying at this hotel for the second time. The friendly staff solves your questions quickly. You need to tell the reception to clean the room. The breakfasts have gone bad. The coffee machine broke down on the second day.

Great location but very disapointing. Staff all seem very unhappy. Standard room is very basic and run down, located at the back of the resort in a block- very noisy with slamming doors and the view was a wall with barbed wire atop. Bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast poor- frequently running out and both coffee machines broken. Lists of charges and fines for everyrhing. The only place in Thailand I was asked for a 1000 room deposit on check in.
Pkus side, the pool is nice but only a handful of beds/ chairs. Bellboys very helpful.

Our room was very dirty throughout the whole stay, dirt/sand in the bed when we arrived and cockroaches and centipedes everywhere. I told staff multiple times about the cockroaches and the 3 ladies on reception just laughed and did nothing about it. Only thing good was the location.

Breakfast room and hall very noisy and chaotic. Our room 102 was very noisy bed very comfortable. Room very clean.

Be careful of the budget fan rooms...unfortunately my bed was full of bed bugs and I had over 100 bites on my feet and legs alone which had an impact on my stay because I had to cover my legs up for the rest of my holiday...NOT IDEAL IN SOUTH ASIA ??????
The reception staff did change my room to another fan room which was fair but an upgrade would have been better considering I had to pay out of my own pocket for anti-histamine tablets and creams and painkillers ??????
Hotel was in an amazing location...right on the beach and next to walking street
The complex was nice and the pool really good
Breakfast nothing to shout out about 4/10
Would i stay here again.....NO

Room is reasonable for the price, breakfast tastes good but not varieties (same menu). The resort is located next to walking street, easy to find some food to eat and shopping.

Stayed with family 3D2N. The hotel is located near the Pattaya Beach ferry pier and just beside the walking street.
make it very conveniences to the beach and walking in the street. Swimming pool was just nice.
overall stay was good and will stay again in this hotel during next visit,

The room has a lot of mosquitoes. The room’s cabinets are full of dust. The toilet is very dirty, the toilet can’t be flushed, and the water pressure in the bathroom is very low.
