The apartment is one of a group of five rooms above a restaurant/bar, but its very quiet. Its about 10 minutes walk into the main area of Sarande where all the restaurants are along the promenade. also about five-10 minutes to the beaches near the port. But its a nice easy walk. The host arranged for someone to meet us to hand us the keys and show us into the room. The bed was comfortable with clean linen and comfy pillows. There was plenty of hot water for showers and nice bath towels. There was a small fridge in the room and a toasted sandwich maker and kettle were provided with two plates and two cups. The air conditioner was placed above a cupboard facing towards the opposite wall near the door and struggled to cool the room because of poor placement. The kettle and toasted sandwich maker are actually on a bench out on the small balcony, so you had to go outside to cook or make coffee. It was 35-38 degrees when we were there for a week, so it was hot already in the mornings.
