Tempo de espera excessivo para realizar o check-in, uma vez que estava apenas uma funcionária responsável por todo o atendimento. As áreas comuns encontram-se degradadas e bastante desactualizadas. O quarto apresentava uma temperatura pouco confortável, e as janelas permitiam a entrada de frio e de ruído em demasia, dando a sensa??o de estar deitado junto à praia. A limpeza do quarto, no domingo, n?o foi efetuada.

房间还不错，就是床比较小。酒店的电梯非常小，一个只能坐四个人，人多的时候排队是个大问题。

We would of gave this property at best a 3 star if for not Fabio at the front desk. Without getting into all the details of our A/C stuck heating on heat. Anyways, Fabio profusely apoligized for the issue and immediately upgraded us to mini kitchen ocean front. Thus gesture and attention to details got the hotel a higher rating.

Ich h?tte im Vorfeld Hilfe ben?tigt. Ich habe zwei Mails geschrieben und sechsmal angerufen, dreimal mit der Antwort, es werde mir zurückgerufen. Leider hat sich nie jemand gemeldet. Für Golfspieler absolut ungeeignet

Uma excelente experiência, mas para além da excelente localiza??o, limpeza, atendimento e instala??es, o hotel oferece uma excelente equipa de anima??o.
Equipa de anima??o fantástica que anima os mais pequenos e os adultos.
Voltaremos com certeza.

Tratou-se de um excelente servi?o. Conhecendo bem os Hotéis Vila Galé (este é o 6o, nos últimos 2 anos), o Vila Galé Ampalius está no topo da qualidade de servi?o apresentada. O facto de ter agendado por um operador, foi-me atribuído "provavelmente" um dos quartos menos bem localizado (642), um comportamento que n?o é de todo agradável. A localiza??o do Hotel é perfeita. O servi?o de pequeno almo?o, apesar da grande afluência de hospedes, funciona muito bem.

Très bel établissement proche des transports ( bus et taxis).
Chambres spacieuses. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Piscines agreables.
Seul bemol mais dont l'établissement n'est pas responsable : un peu bruyant la nuit mais c'est un endroit festif donc il faut jyste le savoir.

Great location but hotel is very dated & our room was even worse. Apparently they are renovating the hotel but sadly hadn’t reached the floor level we were on, 7th. An upgrade to a nice, newly renovated room would’ve been much appreciated but it didn’t happen. Not very good management skills really.
