Hotel is clean Should you want or need a receipt if booked through ******* apparently ******* must provide said receipt. Morning clerk stated she could not provide receipt unless booked through hotel.

Depot Inn and Suites is one a rare find. From the booking and checkin process through checkout, this experience was five star! They have the feel of small, personalized b&b but with big, corporate amenities. While we didnt use the pool this stay, we will definitely be back. The decor of trains and history displayed was an added bonus to this gem of a stay.

Room was fine. Ist encounter with front office employee not so great. They charged me extea for my pets to stay in pet friendly room AFTER I paid the pet charge on your website. I tried explaining that to the man at the desk, but he didnt care. He still overcharged my bank card, and he basically didn't care. Rotten way to treat clients.

Everything was amazing, the breakfast could've used a choice of meat but over all was fresh and delicious. Definitely going to come back

Room was clean & spacious; all the inn's staff were very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was simple but sufficient (waffle maker, coffee, yogurt, a few other things). Enjoyed the billiards table in the lobby. Pool looked alright, though I didn't try it. If Kirksville is your destination and don't have a vehicle, this location is not ideal (15 min drive), but if you do have one, it has a pleasant, non-chain feel, with train-related and La Plata-related exhibits in the hallways. The Doc Savage stuff and the hobo sign system used on the rooms' doors walere cool!

This is a great hotel and museum. The people are wonderful and take great care of you and the rooms are fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area and need a place to stay

Hotel in general was clean, well kept. Room was just as clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very professional.

I Love this place! The rooms are nice and very clean along with the lobby and everything else. It's worth the money in my opinion.

Very very nice, very well built, extremely clean and well kept! Small town friendly people! We highly recommend The Depot Inn! Once you have stayed here, you will return!
