We had a lovely stay at Villa Kim, in the Blue apartment. The apartment was comfortable and clean, set on the hillside with a lovely big terrace making the most of the sea views; though because it is on a hill, access to the beach is quite steep. There was a welcome pack on arrival, with wine, water and nibbles. Kim, the owner, lives on site and was very helpful if we had any queries. Towels and bedding were changed regularly and Lena (the cleaner) did a great job. The supermarket down the hill will deliver if you spend €25 or more, which was a great benefit. The bus stop is very close to the apartments, and so it is very easy to get around and see more of the island. Came home feeling very relaxed and refreshed.

Appartamento bellissimo, con vista magnifica e in ottima posizione. Molto pulito. Cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni,pulizie tutti i giorni. La proprietaria Kim gentilissima, al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con gioia e ci ha fatto trovare acqua e una bottiglia di vino. Super consigliato!

Villa Kim is fantastic! Super clean, well equipped, quiet and perfectly situated. It’s a short walk to the beach and tavernas, the supermarket and a cafe Incredible views and huge private terrace. Kim is an amazing hostess - the best place to stay on Skiathos

Our stay was just perfect. We had a lovely greeting from Kim when we arrived. and in our room complementory bottle of wine and snacks . The views from our room were amasing. Cleanininess faultless...towels and bed lnen changed regularly. We had a late return flight and Kim looked after us and nothing was too much trouble throughout our whole stay. We will definitely be going back

Great clean apartment with spectacular sea view. Great host , very welcoming and helpful . Kim lives on site, You are about 10 mins out of skiathos town and need a car or use buses to get into the town. We are not bus people but the bus stop is outside the apartment and so regular and easy to use so we visited a different beach every day and went into town every night on the bus. Water taxi from beach is also very easy and a lovely way in . Beach access is next to villa but hill is fairly steep to access. The beach bars are lovely for use during day. We highly recommend and will return - skiathos is beautiful x
