The cabins are 100000/10 – very clean, new, and with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is very quiet and peaceful. Communication with the owners is excellent; they are very attentive, and the cabin was ready well before check-in time. Now for the not-so-good part: honestly, from the moment we turned onto the road leading to the cabin, I was a little disappointed. It's not a street, it's more of a dirt track. It's located between a house and a farm, and the entrance and the area itself are neglected.

The cabin was clean, we liked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. I was very pleased when we arrived and there were several different types of coffee (the only thing I would suggest is to use the small liquid creamers instead of the packets of dry creamer). I liked that paper products were supplied instead of actual dishes, glasses etc., that way we could just throw them away. The bed was comfortable, the decor was cute, we loved the little refrigerator and of course the color. The location was perfect! No hassles, easy check in and our cabin was ready early. We were able to check in a couple hrs before our check in time which was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Family owned property. Very professional, hospitable, and kind. Available for any extra requests. Property farm like, kids ebjoyed animals and creek.

The cabins were adorable, clean, and comfortable. Dealing with Russ and Tanya was a great experience. They were both very warm and were quick to help out with any questions we had. The location is perfect. It’s easy access yet there is a fell of being alone in nature. The towns of Elifjay and Blueridage are close by with many restaurants to choose from. Many trails and waterfalls minutes away. I highly recommend The cabins and area.

Couldn’t ask for better hosts! Gingershack Farms is hands down one of our favorite places to stay! We’ve stayed here multiple times for paintball tournaments, and every experience has been amazing. The property is beautiful, well-kept, and the hosts are always welcoming and accommodating. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Gingershack Farms will definitely continue to be our go-to spot — highly recommend!

If you have kids that love animals and love a family vacation around animals; or if you're looking for a meditative gettaway, for peace and quiet in the mountainous woods; a pastoral, tranquil place within 20 minute drive from a cute, picturesque small town that has several good restaurants (including really great Italian pizza!) and a few antique stores; and access to some great hiking trails; have no second thought, as Gingershack Farms is an incredible place to stay. So quiet and peaceful, tucked in the woods, with the most adorable goats and rabits and hens right outside the cabin; and the cabins - so clean, and well-equipped, and spacious, well-lit and well airconditioned (or heated) - so convenient and cozy and really feel like home away from home. And the couple who lives in this farm and run the cabins are so nice and kind, and accessible at any time and will give you all the tips you need about the area. (And, they were also so kind as to let me know I left behind my toiletry bag and to suggest to ship it to me on the mail, which they did in no time. Thank you!)

Great little house in the woods. This Stay with our family was perfect. We needed a place for just two nights coming from another cabin stay with family. This was perfect. The bunk beds worked perfectly for our kids. Love that we had an option to bring our oldest as well as there is a pull out sofa bed. It is in the middle of the woods and has a little farm with goats, chickens and bunnies. Our cabin was right next to the animals so we could walk right out and see them, We were watching them get fed one morning and the owner (I am assuming) brought one of the bunnies to us so my daughter could hold one. We actually wish we could have stayed longer. Cute little area for a bonfire as well.

We enjoyed waking up to the rooster and wandering the property to meet the other animals. The cabin was clean and had a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and small refrigerator. The last stretch is a gravel road. Lots to explore in the area. The property is very secluded and quiet. We hope to make a return trip.
