Tout était très bien.
La chambre était grande avec un super grand lit.
L’extérieur est fantastique pour se déconnecter, c’est jolie et il n’y a aucun bruit.
Le monsieur a l’accueil était super gentil et très à l’écoute.
Je recommande à 100% !

Good place to stay
Overall everything was great, the owners were very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable and amazing view from the lake. The only thing is that it's kind it far from the Centro is better if you have a car will be easier to move to places.

Es un hotel de 4 habitaciones no mu lujos pero comodas. Las cuales cuentas con frigobar,mini cocina,platos, vasos, microondas, en sus instalaciones. Cuenta con alberca,acceso directo a la laguna con un muelle un poco ya deteriorado pero funcional, con kayak gratis, un lugar muy privado, para estar varios días, aún costado del propio hotel. Puede. Rentar motos acuáticas y también recorridos en lanchas. Vale la pena reservar

Nice stay in Bacalar
Our family of four adults enjoyed our stay at Villas Karalv. The owners lived right on the property and were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size, the bathroom on the small size. The A/C worked great. Water pressure is low but it worked out fine for us. There is a mini frig, 2 burners for cooking, which we did not do, and a coffee maker, nice size patio with table and chairs. The beds were comfortable. The view is beautiful with access to the lagoon for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. We loved the pool and enjoyed having the owner's cat and dogs around. The location was good. We did have a car and found many stores and restaurants nearby. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one!

Le site sur lequel se trouve l'hébergement est magnifique et l'accès à l'eau vraiment très agréable!
Il n'y a avait presque qu'aucun outils pour se cuisiner un repas.

Amazing views!
Very quiet place to stay with amazing views! Everything in the room is outdated but it was comfortable. The door had a large gap in in and a little frog came into our room. Other than the frog and the smelly drains, it was a decent place to stay.

If I had to stay just one night, I would be okay with the conditions of the room. Since we stayed 2 nights, the AC not properly working and hardly any hot water in the shower and the fact that the water pressure was not working either was hardly bearable. The WiFi was not reliable either and that was difficult as we relied on it for directions and planning. The only good part of the stay was the fact that the lagoon was accessible but in hindsight I would’ve spent more money for a nicer place to stay in Bacalar.

This property is gorgeous, it's right on the lagoon. There are chairs and hammocks overlooking the lagoon. There's kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, and swings down by the lagoon and the easy access to it was great. Only about 5 minute drive to the center of town. We traveled to 8 towns while we were in Mexico and this was one of the most comfortable beds we had. The rooms are nice and big in person, the pictures didn't look that great and we almost didn't book it but are so glad we did. The owners live on property and were very nice.

Beautiful setting, many details were thoughtfully planned in the designing of the property. Owner was very kind and said we could pay later if I didn’t have the cash (but cash was previously communicated so I had it) I loved all the pretty lights up at night, very magical. Ice cold fridge and AC. We only stayed one night but this is the sort of place you can stay for your whole vacation.
