Booked last minute. Basic accommodation. Friendly reception staff who offered tips about what to do in the area. The rooms are spacious though somewhat dated. The bathrooms are clean however need an update. The overall impression I was left with after spending one night here is it is a bit tired in places and needs a refresh and spruce up. Breakfast included had some variety including the cooked breakfast. Location wise it is within driving distance of some excellent vineyards and right next to one of the well-known ones.

What a delightful discovery! This little gem is tucked away on the road to Hartenberg wine farm, and we couldn’t have been happier. Suzette was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, beautifully kept, and wonderfully quiet, each with sliding doors that open out onto the garden. Although it was just an overnight stay for a wedding nearby, it was the perfect choice — convenient, tasteful, spotless, and peaceful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we’ll certainly be returning!

Stayed there several times, with my wife and on my own. The rooms are nice and clean, some of them just in front of the pool. The pool is always open to use, so you go swimming later at night, which I enjoyed. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, assisting in all questions.

The Vine Guest house was very close to my nephew’s wedding venue and it was lovely. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was superb- lots of choices and the best Terbadore coffee!! We will definitely return !
