We had another fantastic stay with great hosts Jerry and Matt! We first visited VVI back when it opened in 2017. VVI continues to exude luxury, elegance and charm. Well-appointed rooms, common areas and tasty breakfasts! A great way to end our birthday trip to Oregon. Cheers!

A great place to stay! Large rooms and bathrooms. Understated luxury. Fantastic breakfasts. Close to wineries. But most of all the host, Jerry, is wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at the Vineyard View Inn very much. Our room was lovely with vineyard views, very comfortably appointed with a large en-suite bathroom. The owner, Jerry is the perfect host and made us a delicious and ample breakfast each morning. He also gave us some great tips for wine tasting and hiking around the area. we highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Jerry is a wonderful host Very welcoming the entire stay. The room was very spacious and super comfortable bad. The bathroom space was very generous. Fireplace in our room as well. Breakfast was so amazing! The stay exceeded our expectations!

Jerry is the consummate host…his chef training makes breakfast delicious and special, especially when paired with his locally sourced coffee. His suggestions on hiking, shopping local olive oil, and wineries were spot on. And….the inn itself is a peaceful retreat. Depending on where your room is located, you may have to tote your luggage up a couple of small sets of stairs. We highly recommend recommend a stay!

This was our third visit to the Willamette valley for my husband and I. We were unable to reserve our usual one bedroom suite at the Allison Inn & Spa so we started to look at other options which we assumed would be subpar. To say the least we realized we should have been staying the whole time at the VVI! The one bedroom suite at the VVI is an upgrade from what we would normally get at the Allison Inn, the room is larger and the view is incomparable. The condition of the room is immaculate. Not one stain on the carpet. Not a single nick on the walls. Bathroom is flawless. The Vineyard View Inn is amazing! I highly recommended it!

We stayed at VVI for two nights recently. It is a very well appointed B&B in beautiful wine country with an eponymous actual view of vineyards! The owner’s home is separated from the guest rooms by a spacious common area (where breakfast is served) and smaller living room with a fireplace, couch and chairs. The common spaces are tastefully decorated, and the rooms themselves are quite spacious, with comfortable beds, high quality linens, and plenty of pillows and blankets. Each room has an outdoor space as well. Everything was immaculate. The hospitality factor deserves special mention - Gerry met us in the parking area and muscled our heavier luggage up to the room while introducing us to the property as I have described above. We later met his partner Matt - and found both of them to be extremely friendly, interested and interesting. They served a delicious breakfast each morning, alternating sweet and savory on successive days. I think they otherwise made a point of being unobtrusive but available. It is obvious they put a lot of thought in to the planning of their establishment and a lot of effort to their hospitality. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our 2nd stay at Vineyard View in as many years and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Jerry and Matt are delightful and interesting hosts; we felt like royalty while we were here. We were welcomed and served the best breakfasts by Jerry in the morning, then given our privacy for the remainder of the day and evening. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable; we stayed in the Laurelwood Room on the ground floor with it's own private outside seating area that faces west with views of an adjacent vineyard. It isn't the largest room on the property, but very comfortable with a nicely sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. The king bed is VERY comfortable. The breakfasts that Jerry prepares and serves are the best part, really restaurant quality and very tasty, using local ingredients with freshly brewed coffee. We were particularly impressed with Jerry's attention to my partner's gluten-free needs. We highly recommend this inn for a stay in the Willamette Valley wine country, and we will be back next year!

We loved, loved our stay at VVI! We stayed 2 nights but wished we could stay whole week. Jerry is a warm, hospitable host and makes sure guests have everything to ensure comfortable stay. It was one of the cleanest lodging we have stayed at. I am very picky regarding cleanliness and many hotels fall short but Jerry keeps his inn immaculate. From the guestroom to common.areas every corner of the Property was spotless. I fully appreciate because I know how much effort it goes into keeping a place in pristine condition. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, good quality throughout. Breakfast was very good and generous serving. Toom fridge is stocked with is bottled water and catbonate water. Nice touch. View of the backyard was beautiful and relaxing. Vineyard View is an all-around winner! Highly recommend and I hope to return. Thank you Jerry!!!

From the moment you arrive Jerry makes you feel right at home. The property is stunning with very well appointed rooms and close attention to detail. The rooms have everything you need including a small fridge, satellite Tv, decent enough Wi-Fi and a lovely gas fireplace. We stayed in the Laurelwood room which has a cute little outside covered area to sit. The location is near enough to Newberg if you want to pop into town for lunch/dinner and well located to a slew of wineries. At the same time it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere given the tranquil setting. Jerry and Matt are the loveliest hosts and Jerry’s breakfasts are exquisite. It really does feel like visiting old friends when you stay at VVI.
