Vip rooms er et dejligt sted med en virkelig god seng, dejlige dyner og puder og s? er reng?ringspersonalet virkelig s?de. Derudover er det rart at have k?leskab p? v?relset. Der er desv?rre meget lydt og det betyder at man kan h?re ALT hvad der foreg?r inde p? de andre v?relser. De sidste to dage havde vi en nabo som spillede h?jt musik og festede til klokken 4 om natten.... Det gjorde det umuligt at sove. Vi oplevede flere gange at koden til d?ren ud til gaden ikke virkede og selvom at vi hurtigt fik kontakt til en medarbejder via telefonen, kom vi f?rst ind ad d?ren, da en anden beboer skulle ud. Der er begr?nset varmt vand i bruseren, men ellers er det et dejligt sted at overnatte. Parkeringspladser er sv?re at finde, s? det er en god ide at holde langt v?k og s? g? derfra.

Minor error with check-in. Codes didn't work for the door. No WIFI access at first, requiring me to access data to call the owner multiple times on WhatsApp before receiving a reply. Other than that, we appreciated the location - a bit away from the craziness. I would come back to this place.

Host was great. Very helpful and responsive. Quick and easy stay. Great walkable location to Split historic area. Parking was a a bit of a booger to figure out no fault of the host. City parking meters not working right.

We were only in the room briefly overnight. We would have loved to have been able to spend more time. The one downside of the property is that there is no parking. Upon arrival, we found a spot right in front. Since it was Sunday, it didn't appear we had to pay. Later, we went out and we probably drive for 30-45 minutes looking for a spot, eventually finding one nearly 15 minutes away.

Late arrival. Motion sensor would turn luggt off, in entry and stairs, after about 15 seconds. Had to mangae luggage and phone up 3 demi-flights. Also , breakfast isnt included even though it says it is on ******* page. Fortunately, little grocery across street saved me in the morning. The room is super nice. The fridge is nice but would have been nice to have some sort of beverages avail, for €, as the tap water tastes like soap. Coffee tray, but no creamer. Nice room which served its primary purpose, but a little expensive for the above stated reasons.

The hotel room itself was clean and spacious however the walls were so thin we could hear people coming in and out so much that it sounded like people were trying to get into our room. We could even hear someone snoring in another room! Would not recommend if you want to get any sleep!

Our room was super clean, modern bathroom, housekeeping daily. It was close to the amphitheater and other Roman ruins, close to the beautiful boardwalk of Split, lots of restaurants and bars. Parking was not easy but we managed. Nice spot during high tourism season.

This property was very clean, well appointed and conveniently located for exploring the old town. Unfortunately the air conditioning cut out in the night and didn’t work at all the second night (our last night). I will say that the owner was very responsive overall and very helpful about other aspects of our stay. We didn’t bother contacting them about the air conditioning the last night because our friends had another room in the same building and were also experiencing problems with it. I would stay here again, as everything else was great, but sleeping on our last night was terrible due to the extreme heat in the room.
