位置很好，老旧ㄧ些，电磁炉不能用

Tower D 房间很新，大，乾净舒服，有大阳台，景色很好。也不像 tower B C 那么多人进出。
服务友善，没要 room cleaning 送了2张 drinks vouchers.

I lost my phone, talked to many ppl no response, finallyone ppl show me the way to information and got back my phone. But used up a hour n everyone is not helpful.
Also joined their ocean world. But during winter the water is just alittle bit warm.. not recommended
Becoz of super cold there, snow are like hard ice...so when u fall its like falling on rocks

Sooooooo niceeeee!!!! We will definitely come again for a skiing trip. We took a 2 bed-room with kitchen unit facing the skiing hills. The view is awesome. As a guest staying at VivaldPark, we got a 10% discount for the Snowyland Ticket. Unforgettable memories.

Nice! Better for 4, a bit pack but near to ski resort. So acceptable! ?? view breathetaking!

真的离滑雪场超级方便，地下室都有连通可以取暖，超市、餐厅、游乐场都有，活动很丰富。

一站式渡假饭店，来这非常非常的方便，走路过马路即到雪场，B1设施应有尽有，吃喝玩乐都能满足，公寓式房间的大小很足，地热有点热，能调温度会更好，然后电梯太少，尖峰时段要等一下，再来房间给的地垫太薄了，那只能算是一件棉被，建议可以换扎实点的真正地垫，不然睡地板有点硬，整体来说还是很满意，小孩也很喜欢，有机会会再回访??

Location was excellent with direct lift access to the mall. Microwaves are provided at each level at the foyer and each room has kitchen tools and utensils to facilitate light cooking. Rooms are spacious but we didn't get the ski resort view and faced the car park instead for both our rooms. Toilet and shower area are not physically separated so it tends to get wet. The small towels are sufficient for drying up although it takes a little getting used to. Highly recommended

This hotel or service apartment will not provide long bathing towels so be prepared to bring your own one. It also do not have tidy housekeeping for everyday.
