Yes very clean. unfortunatey with the wind the patio doors rattled but stuffing a toilet roll in the frame helped Reported the hair dryer not working but I don't believe it was replaced - I had my own. All in all a great stay

Yes the room was in a good living condition and it's appearance was that it was clean and tidy. And all you need for a room. My only issue is the mattress on the fold out sofa bed in the lounge. It was dirty and stained. It does not seem it gets cleaned and it was only as I was resting on that I felt extremely itchy.

We stayed here during the cyclone Alfred and were very impressed with the help provided by staff during power outages. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable and well stocked.

We stayed for 7 nights never change our towels or kitchen towels should be provided clean towels at least every second day. We are coffee drinkers no plungers on the kitchen or caffe machine.

We had an amazing time staying here, the location is perfect we walked everywhere, the beach, the tram, supermarket, the ****** all close by. It was clean and pools, spas and a rear find a well working sauna were all clean and well maintained ?? Thank you for a great long weekend, we will cone again.

Locality, close to beach parks restaurants glocery oulet and shops, can offer great beach front views, small but nice clean rooms with all amenites available. Excelent stay.
