We stayed in the hotel , in a king size sea view . Would we stay again - No Was it clean -yes Did it have a great view - yes Did it have a king size bed - yes But the room was to small for that bed , and it was so cold , and the light that they leave on all night next to the bedroom window outside lit it up like blackpool illuminations and spoilt the whole stay , it stopped us from sleeping properly and spoilt the view with light pollution, the whole point of me booking this room was because of the view . The quilt in the bed was so thin and the pillows were knackered and the ones we found in the little wardrobe were to hard .the mattress was uncomfortable We left at 6.15 am because we were cold , couldn’t get warm and the light along with the bed the pillow and the quilt had given us a terrible night , i was disappointed to be honest , ruined a birthday weekend . Gave the key to the cleaner couldn’t find anyone esle

Visiting family in Lowestoft for the weekend, daughter in law had booked her for 6 adults and 5 children. Kids plays outside for a bit then into the bar/restaurant for a drink and ordered the meals. The children played in the arcade in the next room as we waited. We had ordered cheeseburgers, ribs and sirloin for the adults cheeseburgers, fish n chips, pasta, pizza and Mac n cheese for the youngsters. Had a few sides as well, we asked for everything to come at the same time. Absolutely awesome. Best sirloin I’ve ever eaten, cooked perfectly. Everything was cooked well and was hot. The team couldn’t have done any more for us. Definitely visit again.

Stayed in the hotel, room was very very clean, the bathroom had also been cleaned to a high standard, I actually remember commenting to my partner on the cleanliness, best one we’ve seen in a while! The sea view was fantastic, exactly what we were after so we could watch the boats. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had a good amount of pressure and remained warm for as long as needed. Pool table downstairs is very worn-out and the cues have certainly seen better days, but for 50p a game we can’t really complain at that! We did fancy a swim the morning after our stay but when we saw how very crowded it was in there, we decided to give it a wide berth, so no further comments on pool at this time.
