My husband and I spent three wonderful nights at Waterway. Rob and Zach are the perfect hosts. There are three available rooms with king beds, en-suite bathrooms and a lanai overlooking the backyard, pool and the water. The views from the room are the best. Each morning we were served a delicious cup of coffee by Rob and an excellent breakfast by Zach. Your choices are cereal, yogurt, banana bread, French baguette, jam, cheese, waffles, omelets, eggs, bacon, south African sausage and fresh fruit. We had a lovely time hanging out with Rob and Zach and learning about their worldly travels. We went downtown one day and couldn't wait to get back to the quiet and relaxation of Waterway. We have already booked a return trip for late September, early October to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Thanks again!
Truly the best vacation me and my husband ever had. The Villa is stunning, the view over the river is unbelievable beautiful. The rooms was great with comfortable beds and nice balcony in front of the water Rob and Zack that host the b&b is the kindest most generous persons there is. Made us this excellent breakfast every morning and always do their best and walk the extra mile to make their guests happy. Feels like family to us. We can’t wait to come back

This weekend @ Waterway was absolutely phenomenal!!! Rob & Zach delivered such spectacular hospitality, offering great conversation, to die for breakfast (omelet/waffles) and coffee. Opening up/sharing their home and landscaping was breath-taking, with a level of cleanliness, staff & service, amenities that you could certainly appreciate. The ambiance at the Waterway is beautiful and relaxing. Zack and Rob are the best hosts. My husband and I have stayed at several bed and breakfasts across the country, and we must say, the Waterway is absolutely one of the best. The breakfast and accommodations were second to none. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with warmth and charm and appreciated the care and attention we received. If you are in the Charleston area, there’s no better place to stay for breathtaking views and a peaceful respite. Thank you, Zack and Rob, for your wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back!
Zack and Rob are fantastic hosts and great conversationalists. Zack makes delicious omelettes, waffles and smoothies for breakfast. The rooms are sizeable, clean, with a balconies with amazing views. The location is a quick drive to all the beaches. The backyard is an oasis for lounging by the pool or working remote.
First time to Charleston SC and Waterway B&B which exceeded our expectations. Overlooking the Stono River and minutes into downtown Charleston, this B&B was an ideal location for us. Rob Owner and Zack our host, immediately made us feel at home upon arrival ensuring everything was perfect for our visit. Very accommodating, we even spent a few evenings together around the pool full of laughter and great conversation leaving us with great memories to cherish. Formally a private residence now B&B feels purpose built to take advantage of the water views where every room has a view. Extremely peaceful area of town located in West Ashley with ample room inside and out, includes a boat dock to watch sunsets, swimming pool complete with outdoor kitchen and seating areas that includes a long veranda for taking your morning coffee (Custom made by Rob). Breakfasts were fantastic, with plenty to eat that is made to order. Zack takes great pride in ensuring your meal is to your likely, delivered hot and freshly made. The evening views were breath taking if your new to the area like we were, where accommodations and service became the center piece for our 4 night stay. I used my drone to take some shots along normal shots that highlights our visit. Highly recommend for those in need of relaxation, recharge or simply to get away from it all.

Great place to stay in Charleston. Beautiful,quiet and very peaceful. Very comfortable rooms, Zac's breakfast from omlettes, waffles with fruit, banana bread is the best, loved the landscaping totally beautiful! Loved the walk out on the pier, was a great place to watch the sunrise and sunsets, and watch the boats come in. Didn't have time to take a dip in the pool, but sat by the pool for wine and great conversation. Zac and Rob are wonderful hosts!
The room was extremely nice. The entire estate felt secluded and restful. Everything was spectacular! The breakfasts were so delicious. Zack can finally x anything you may want. Rob is the perfect host. We truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and every afternoon watching the sun go down. This place is absolutely amazing and we will definitely be going back again.
