Since the moment we stepped off the plane we have done nothing but smile, relax and be immersed in the beauty of this country. Waves at Surfside was a truely magical experIence, beach at the front door, falling to sleep with the sound of the waves crashing, own swimming pool and beautiful amenities. A big shout out and thank you to Katia and her thoughtful, kind staff. Katia booked all our jaw dropping tours! Zip lining, horse riding, snorkelling with turtles, visiting a neighbouring island learning about their culture, seeing beautiful lagoons and finishing with the fire show at the Beach Bar to name a few. Our tour guides were exceptional, knowledgeable and so friendly. Always on the look out how to make our time with them memorable. We loved how we were not treated as a number and were constantly thanked for coming to visit their country. We were also able to use the washing machine and cooking facilities which saved money but also dine out if we wished. If you are looking for a place to make memories look no further Waves at Surfside is your place. Thank you Jacquie, Richard and Helena

Fantastic house on the beach! Highly recommended! A 4 bedroom house with a private pool right on the beach. Massive house, heaps of room for a group of friends. Staff very helpful. A short drive to town and a very nice bar and restaurant just down the beach. However everything you need in the house to cook for yourself. Also has a washing machine.

There’s a lot going for this place, the view, the cleanliness, the service…….BUT. We stayed in Villa 13 and had issues with the electricity shutting down (no other villa had a problem). Not ideal when you’re trying to cool down a 7 month old baby in an air conditioned room during the night. The hot water worked only when it wanted to. The washing machine didn’t work either. For the price we paid for a family to stay in Villa 13 it was a little disappointing to be honest. We were offered another villa thanks to the management and the friendly staff.

Our accommodation at Waves at Surfside was beautiful! The room view was perfect & the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a great time there with Breakas within close distance for food and cocktails on the beach front. We loved the private pool, the villa was very clean upon arrival & had anything we may have needed. I’d absolutely recommend the stay to others!

Had such a great stay here, amazing location.

Perfect place to stay with two teenagers. We all had our own space. Villa was well equipped, neat and tidy. Close enough to town but far enough away from the hustle we could relax and enjoy. Locals are super friendly and the Kava bar across the road is welcoming. Breakas next door perfect for meals and drinks, with other dining options within walking distance. Katia went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met & helped us out with a later checkout due to changes to our flights. All staff were friendly and helpful with things to do and visit: Would definitely stay again. Tangkyu tumas ??

The property looked nice from the outside but not from the inside. Pool was dirty. Sheets dont get cleaned everyday. Place didnt smell good. Very loud at night due to the waves, felt like the roof was gonna fly off. Kept us up all night. Air conditioning didnt work in muggy hot weather. Big cockroaches everywhere. No room service. Location was ok. Overall not worth the price paid.

Hi there,Thank you for your review and our apologies if we did not meet your expectation but I can confirm that your villa was serviced everyday during your stay and the girls even change the sheets as requested. The pool was cleaned daily but as it's windy the leaves kept falling to the pool. The air con is working fine and with the wind and the waves we could not do anything about it as it's the south east wind. We thank you once again for your review. Our stay at Waves at Surfside in Pango was absolutely incredible! We stayed in a spacious 3-bedroom beachside villa and were pleasantly surprised by the elegant furnishings and king-size beds. The private swimming pool and ocean view from our bedrooms were pure luxury. Pango surf break, one of Vanuatu's prime surf beaches, provided endless excitement, home to the annual Leimalo Surfing Competition. The convenience of local buses at our doorstep made it easy to explore Port Vila and enjoy nearby restaurants, all just a short ride or walk away. Our adventures included snorkelling in Pango in front of the villa, with the special experience of swimming with a dugong on our first day, surfing the break, and exploring local cuisine at Port Vila markets. Honeymoon Beach offered amazing snorkelling with colourful coral and tropical fish. Waves at Surfside offered the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure and cultural immersion on the Pango peninsula. For an unforgettable beachfront experience in Vanuatu, this is the place to be. We're eager to return for more oceanfront luxury next to the best surf in Efate and the friendly Pango village.

Huge 3 bedroom property right on the ocean front. A family of five, we had a wonderful stay here. Katia was so friendly and helpful.
