Really good value for money on edge of West Bromwich town centre. Free parking a real asset and being quiet. Stayed at other premier Inns where cooked breakfast was a buffet experience but here you have to order - leaving little opportunity to change what was on your plate. Glad continental and drinks unlimited, with good vegetarian alternatives.

I was in contact with michelle an i was amazed with her outstanding customer service she was so polite friendly an so helpful and dealt with my issue straight away with no hesitation. I think she is a credit to your premium inn team an it will make me want to return to blake lake premium inn in the future. Thank you again michelle wish you all the best.

The hotel and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly with no request being too much. I stayed here for 3 weeks on business and didn't want to try another hotel due the location, fabulous onsite restaurant and the amazing staff. Highly recommended.
