Our stay was awful from the moment we walked in. The cabin was not clean—there were crumbs in the bed, and the floor was gritty like it hadn’t been swept in days. We had to request new sheets because the ones on the bed looked and felt used. The shower had no water pressure, making it nearly impossible to wash off, and to top it all off, the mark of the beast (666) was scribbled all over the tub—completely disturbing and unacceptable. The online reviews calling this place “rustic and charming” are completely misleading. In reality, it’s rundown, dirty, and poorly maintained. We will absolutely not be coming back, and I strongly advise others to stay far away. This place is a disgrace.

If you want a reasonable and clean room with friendly service, this is your place. I thought my room was charming with a super comfy pillow top mattress. The young woman at the front desk couldn't have been more accommodating. The grounds were also well maintained and shaded with porch swings outside your room.

This place was great. Clean and accommodating. It was 30 degrees and it was nice and warm . Had everything you need. Shampoo, conditioner , pots, pans, cups. Just bring your food or snacks. Close to shops. Will definitely be staying here again

Good beds clean rooms. Great location. Only downside is management is not in the office on the weekend. Also there used to be an awesome outdoor hot tub here. It is still there but they have it shut down and same with the pool. This used to be a huge draw for this place, now it is just sad that it is closed.

Los due?os y encargados del lugar (Especialmente Tony y Vicky) fueron más que amables y serviciales, su actitud inmejorable , definitivamente regreso. El lugar tiene una excelente ubicación y la caba?a estaba muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para cocinar , toallas suficientes, cobijas y almohadas extra etc… Una excelente opción para hospedarse en Ruidoso.

The people here are SO friendly and really made us feel welcome. There was an odd odor when I opened the door - gas wall heater. This place was cleaner than some of the 4 & 5 star hotels that I have stayed at. The bed and sheets were so cozy it was hard to crawl out in time for 11 am checkout. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Great location and setting. A very nice, clean room with rustic appointments. Nicely stocked kitchen with basic cooking and eating utensils. Only disappointment was that the indoor pool is no longer operational. Some websites do not indicate this. However, property website does NOT list it as an amenity. Check-in time was most accommodating and the contactless check-in procedure works beautifully. You receive a text and email with cabin number and door code along with detailed instructions on arrival procedure. We will definitely stay again!

Location is perfect, within walking distance to downtown. Clean, comfortable and cozy! Contactless check-in and out, and early arrival times makes for a even better long weekend. Will most definitely try to stay every time we are in town!!
