The usual English breakfast buffet available, with option to ask for vegetarian options

Fantastic staff. Room was adequate but in need of some repair (rusty towel rail and hole/ stains in carpet.
Most concerning were the plastic trays that the cooked breakfast items were in as they were all broken and worn. Very off putting.

Staff great as always. Room very noisy Friday night which apparently they tried to notify me in advance but did not. They did however move me to much quieter room.

Stayed in the Queens Suite. Nice large room overlooking water.
Very clean although a little dated.

Staff very nice. Room had lovely views across the water. Room comfortable and well presented but had some small maintenance issues which were reported. These didn't affect our visit and we will return again in the near future. Many thanks once again

The hotel was lovely but in need of a few maintenance touch ups in the bar/dining area & rooms.
We had a room with a view, a view we couldn’t fault. The main letdown of the room were the lining of the curtains were ripped in quite a few places, a quarter of one of the linings was missing so let the light in through the main curtain material. The shower hose was not long enough to slide the shower head up for taller people & it’s a shame the layout of the bathroom wasn’t thought out better as the toilet is right by the door opening. A positive was the shower was nice & powerful & the bed was comfortable.
We had a meal in the afternoon which was lovely, the cooked breakfast the next morning was buffet style. The plates were cold & the ingredients under the hot lamps were only warm on the verge of cold as we discovered when we sat down to eat.
The staff were really lovely & we hope the hotel improves on these niggles as it is a lovely hotel & we would happily stay there again.

A really good hotel with basic but spacious and comfortable rooms, most with good views across the broads.
Offering decent food and drink choices on site, the evening meal was fulfilling if not exciting and the cooked breakfast was really, really good.
Car parking (free) is readily available and the service received from all of the Wherry team was first class.

waited at reception, saw note saying go to bar, went to bar, had to wait in a queue while people ordered food/drink, then told I needed to go to reception. room smelt of dog. No wifi

Maybe because it was bank holiday meant the price was dearer. Definitely not worth ￡150 a night. But the bed was great. The bathroom a god size. As a guest however I feel I should not have been denied a dink at 10-45 . As the bar was open . But as a paying guest no service. I would not the recommend this hotel at the price I paid. ￡75 a fairer ask. The breakfast was good. The bacon top notch however.
