Sehr gutes Hotel an guter Lage. Grosse Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Sehr sauber. Restaurant war am Abend nicht stark frequentiert. Dem Salat fehlte etwas das Dressing bzw. für ital. Küche der Balsamico. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Preise etwas gehobener. Insgesamt sehr gut.

Wszystko super. Wygodne ?ó?ko, wy?mienite ?niadanie, dobrze zorganizowana strefa spa, bezp?atny i bezpieczny parking, uprzejmy personel.

Hotel gelegen op een mooie locatie, direct aan het meer. Kamers zijn eenvoudig maar prima in orde. Het Italiaanse restaurant dat bij het hotel hoort, heeft erg goede maaltijden. Het ontbijt is fantastisch goed. Tot slot: prima prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding.

the best bed and pillows.,. Slept like a baby...and has the cleanest toilet, towels are neatly rolled, fresh and clean - i am Asian and this is the first thing i check every time i am in a hotel.. plus, staff are very friendly, polite and speaks multi languages too.... :)

Po kilku dniach sp?dzonych w hotelu mog? wystawi? najwy?ej przeci?tn? ocen?. Nie wiadomo ile gwiazdek ma hotel - oficjalnie 5, ale na miejscu spotka?em kilka razy logo z czterema. Korytarze hotelowe s? bardzo ciemne. Karta pe?ni?ca role klucza do pokoju otwiera te? inne pokoje (tzn. pokoje innych go?ci, a nie np. prasowalni?). W moim pokoju ca?y czas s?ycha? by?o p?yn?c? w rurach wod? (jakby kto? pi?tro wy?ej non-stop bra? prysznic) - problem zosta? zg?oszony, ale nikt nie wyja?ni? jego przyczyny o usuni?ciu problemu nie wspominaj?c. Zaproponowano jedynie zamian? pokoju na s?siedni, w którym... równie? ca?y czas ha?asowa?a rura z wod?. Z rzeczy drobniejszych - niedzia?aj?cy TV, poprzepalane ?arówki. By?y te? plusy: bardzo dobre ?niadania, basen, niez?a restauracja Trattoria La Riva (w tej ostatniej zdecydowanie za ma?o osób z obs?ugi).

Excellent hotel. Central location with easy access to town Centre as well as the lake. Comfortable, clean rooms with nice bathroom. Nice restaurant with quality food. First class buffet breakfast. Large car park in front of hotel. In short, a great place to stay both on business and family visits.

Very good location and breakfast - good selection of fish and one of the best omelet which i ever eat. Big rooms. Nice swimming pool and 2 jcauzzis. Big conference room. Hotel staff specially in reception is very nice and helpful. Hotel is located close to the highway.

Stayed at the Willa Port for a couple of nights away with work and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We’d arrived there via hire car from Gdansk airport which took around 90minutes. Ostroda does have a train station and one of our group had arrived this way. The hotel is a pleasant space and the staff are pleasant and welcoming. The lift up to the upper floors provides a lovely view over the lake. My room was away from the lake view but was spacious and had balconies. I didn’t have a bath but the shower was exceptionally powerful. I slept very well on both nights. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was Italian themed on the first night and enjoyed a pleasant meal overlooking the lake. I enjoyed tuna steak. It was off-season, relatively quiet and we noted that things tend to close a bit early. The breakfast was a sizeable buffet with a decent selection of different options including some I didn’t recognise. The hotel literature was mainly Polish, though there were some English menus and the staff spoke English well. I didn’t use the Spa or gym but information was provided into its numerous services. I did take exercise by walking around the lake on the nearby walking / cycling path which was popular with many people. The area surrounding the hotel is nice and we found a load of things within a short walking distance including the Castle, town hall, amphitheatre and water park. If it had been a leisure stay I would have hired a bike to get around the whole lake as the prices looked very reasonable. Certainly a place I’d like to visit again.

Hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Lokalizacja super, wszedzie blisko. Obs?uga bardzo pomocna i uczynna. Posi?ki pyszne. Pobyt bardzo udany. Pokoje bardzo du?e i przestronne, internet dzialajacy bez ?adnego problemu. Jak b?dzie mo?liwo?? to wróc? do tego hotelu.
