We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The rooms were clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, we still had a great time thanks to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The fireplace was a lovely touch that kept us cozy and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a delightful stay and we would happily return.

I had a relaxed and peaceful holiday. The scenery was breathtaking and I recommend Windmill Farm for distressing.

The house was perfect. Everything was available and very kind host Angelique. Cleaning of the house was every day. The view was super and it was quiet during the day. During the night it cooled off till around 11 degrees but a wood stove (you should bring your own wood) makes it nice warm. Besides that there is an electric stove and a lot of blankets. It is almost 45 minutes drive to Bergville and cathedral peak. Beautiful over there!! A restaurant on walking distance is available and perfect food! In short; we had a wonderful stay.

We stayed in Chalet # 7 and will def stay here again. Chalet was well appointed, had everything we needed in it. Bathroom was clean, neat, modern and plenty of hot water in the shower. You can either cook /braai at the chalet or can order from The Border Post restaurant and they will deliver direct to your chalet. This proved a winner A small fireplace was a welcome addition to heat the lounge and wored well. The views for the chalet are amazing ONLY negative was the 2 small single chairs in the lounge are uncomfortable, dated and in need of replacing. I suggest a 2 seater couch rather,

Very clean and well appointed cottage and excellent location. Will consider revisiting at some stage. One minor issue was the security light shining into the bedroom.

Stayed in the fantastic family cottage with 3 rooms. Beautifully appointed and decorated, clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make our one night. Thank you toothe awesome staff too that made us feel so welcome. This is our second stay at Windmills and will definitly stay again.

What a marvelous experience! Great communication from day 1. Facilities are carefully planned and sufficient- such attention to detail - even hot water bottles are available. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful to take care of additional requests. Scenery is breathtaking. Border Post restaurant (on site) has excellent food. I can honestly recommend The Windmill Farm. Thank you Angelique and team.

Wonderful stay at Windmill Farm. Our 4-night stay in Bergville from April 17-21 was fantastic. The farm offered breathtaking views, serene surroundings, and top-notch hospitality. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We enjoyed exploring the farm, interacting with the friendly staff, and experiencing the local culture. Highly recommend Windmill Farm for a relaxing getaway. A wonderful place to unwind and relax. Highly recommend
