The location is perfect - a few steps away from tower and cathedral. The staff was very responsive via what’s app until we paid local tax and after that she stopped answering. The B&B is located 4 flights of stairs in the building, once we got there, to get to my room I had to climb a narrow spiral staircase with no hot water in the bathroom. My luggage did not fit through the staircase so I had to leave it at the main floor of the B&B. I called and messaged the owner and my questions never got answered. I even contacted via booking and nothing.

入住體驗（room experience)
距離比薩斜塔很近，樓下很多超市和餐廳可以吃東西（Very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, there are many supermarkets and restaurants downstairs where you can eat.）
房間沒有熱水，入住以后聯絡業主沒有辦法聯系，雖然有廚房，但沒有辦法使用；讓我浪費很多食材??
There is no hot water in the room, and there is no way to contact the owner after checking in. Although there is a kitchen, there is no way to use it; I wasted a lot of food??

Prior to our arrival to the B&B we were not informed how to get check-in. Luckily we found a key in the front and then we began the climb up the stairs to the correct floor. No one was there to check us in or explain anything. Keys were left on the reception desk at which point we took not sure if they were for us. It wasn’t until almost 11 p.m. that the lady showed up to check us in. The pictures show a “buffet” breakfast. It was not. We were given a voucher for a pastry and coffee. The “quadruple” room consisted of a king bed and a pullout couch. You could literally feel every spring of the couch “mattress”. The toilet seat was broken in the bathroom and it had no toilet paper. Had to go looking for some. Found it in the reception desk. Only enough hot water for 2 quick showers. The location is amazing so we stayed since it was just one night. Would not book for the price.

Le logement est en effet très proche de la tour et de la cathédrale c’est top.
Le logement correspond aux photos : plut?t vétuste. Le sol de la salle de bain était gras, la lunette des toilettes cassée, et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. (Je l’ai mentionné au propriétaire)
Le propriétaire a été réactif via message, l’arrivée est assez simple, même si les autres locataires avaient pris nos clés. C’est pratique pour sa localisation.

Camera quadrupla, come prima vista pensi: che bella! Nella realtà, tutto il contrario. Formiche in camera, bagno pietoso (sporco e vecchio), materasso del divano letto inesistente. Colazione del bar: nessuna scelta. Brioches e cappuccino. Consiglio il posto solo ed esclusivamente per la posizione. Il resto, mi dispiace ma deve essere rivisto tutto.
