Beautiful, well appointed eco lodge with stunning views across the ancient Daintree Rainforest to Thornton Peak. It is remote, being north of the Daintree River, but if you’re looking to get away from it all and de-stress/unwind, this is the perfect place to explore the area. Jill is a thoughtful and unobtrusive host- there to give local tips and advice, but otherwise left us alone. Breakfast goodies included organic coffee, a selection of local teas and muesli/fruit. Can not recommend Wompoo highly enough.
