Friendly staff, however it’s little bit older 5 stars, felt more like 4 stars hotel. Breakfast avarage, dinner restaurant below average.

My room was not clean, there were lots of at bathroom. I needed to change my room. Although I had an incovenience, they put me a room with no view, looking to a building. My first room had a street view. Breakfast was enough but can be improved. Hotel does not seem as a 5 star hotel.

Decent hotel close to the centre of Cluj, the rooms are modern and clean, and the pool/breakfast are also very decent. The aircon is very noisy (turns on and off all night long). And I would recommend guests bring their own pillow - the hotel updated the pillows and they are very thick and very hard (none of the other guests on this work trip, or myself, could use them).

Très bien, bon sejour
Chambre très confortable et spacieuse , personnel très agréable, parking et petit-déjeuner un peu cher je trouve pour la Roumanie. Je suis un peu dé?u du service de ménage qui n’a pas remis de produits d’hygiène, pour une fois que je comptais sur ces produits, et ménage rapide entre 2 nuits.
Le restaurant est st très sympa et en plus c’est bon

A delightful hotel with a roof top pool. Modern with good rooms. Friendly staff and great service. A great base to explore Cluj and the surrounding area. Our flight was diverted on the way which caused us to be a day late arriving. The hotel staff dealt with this in a helpful and efficient manner. Thank you.
