Best Breakfast at any hotel we had stayed.

La dirección que viene en el link es errónea! Te manda a un lugar 45 min lejos de la cd, después llamamaos y pedimos de nuevo la dirección y nos mandaron otra vez 45 min pero en diferente dirección que tampoco existía, total que llegamos después de dos horas de estar buscando y la habitación designada no se veía limpia y cuando me metí a ba?ar no tenía shampoo , ni jabóon ni crema. Total salí de ba?arme y un calor en el cuarto por q no servía el mastercool total pedí q me cambiaran de habitación y la recepcionista se oponía que iban a revisar la refrigeración, hasta q mi esposo le dijo que ya pasaban las 12:20 y q estábamos muy cansados y que lo único q queríamos era descansar así fue como la chica accedió a cambiarnos. Lastima que nos pasara eso por q siempre a vamos Torreon nos gustaba ese hotel

The manager, i smoke at the pool in the mornings is not one single signal of NO SMOKING IN THE OPEN POOL AREA, AND SHE LOCK THE DOOR OF THE POOL SO I CAN DO NOT HAVE ACCESS IN THE MORNINGS TO IT.AND FOR THE NEXT FOUR DAYS, NOBODY WENT NOBODY JUMP IN THE POOL IN THE pool, the room was perfectly clean but they don't change your, Sheets every day they just fix you bed. Clean the floors back you and the floors clean the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean, the best of the hotel was the mornings on the buffet. The service was excellent, 5 ??

Hotel muy cómodo, las habitaciones son de buen tama?o, alfombrado, la cama es cómoda, el ba?o funcional lo recomiendo para personas con alguna discapacidad ya que se adapta para ellos, el agua con buena presión y la temperatura del agua muy bien, el clima funciona correctamente, tiene un mini refrigerador que facilita el poder conservar el agua o algunos alimentos. La limpieza es muy buena, el personal de recepción muy amable, el buffet del restaurante está bueno y el servicio también está bien, su estacionamiento accesible. En general puedo decir que me sentí muy satisfecho y cómodo. Lo recomiendo

La ubicación esta perfecta para ir al estadio TSM, pero el personal de restaurante (tarde) deja mucho que desear, no es atento.
El restaurante es tardado y los precios son elevados en comparacion con lugares de mejor calidad.
Tiene tiendas de conveniencia cerca y eso junto con la cercania al estadio lo hacen atractivo para ir al futbol.
