Hola Maria, Si el control no funcionaba, entonces por que no lo reportó en la recepción. La gran mayoría de las veces, es porque las baterías fallan. En el clima de la Isla, por la alta salinidad y humedad, es muy común que las baterías suden y no hagan buen contacto.
