Loved our stay at Yanna Studios. Yanna and her son Yannis were great hosts and always around to help. The studios are clean bright and spacious with wonderful views. The pool is gorgeous with sun beds available at any time of the bed. Short hill up to the studios but worth it for the views and the cooling breeze. Our first stay but definitely not our last.

We’re still here enjoying our last few days in what we call our little piece of paradise during our two-week stay—our third visit this year! The rooms are beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, and Yanna and Yannis always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The views from every room are simply breathtaking. There are always plenty of sunbeds around the stunning, immaculately kept pool. We can’t wait to return next year for two more stays!

A beautiful property, our room had such a great view. The bedroom was perfect for our needs, new beds have recently been installed and are very comfy! The swimming pool area was a really nice place to relax, really quiet and is kept so clean for the guests. The property is well kept, a true testament to Yanna and Yannis! Yanna was super hospitable during our stay, it felt like home away from home! We would definitely return There was nothing that we didn't like about our stay, everything was just as expected. If anything Yanna with her hospitality helped exceed our expectations

Another wonderful stay with Yanna and Yanni this is our 4th year staying here always so welcoming the studios are just what you need good clean rooms with a good hot shower The pool is amazing most of the time it’s like your own private pool Very quiet area to stay in and just a short walk to hustle and bustle of Tsilivi and the beach

Most beautiful place, peaceful amazing experience, 100% recommend worth a visit . Spotless clean tidy place, hostess polite and kind and helpful. Value for money. Beautiful pool, clean cosy rooms with your normal basic essentials. Near to shops, tavernas, only 7 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the taxi. The nearest market is about 5 minutes away.

Questo posto è immerso nella tranquillità. è gestito da Giovanni e dalla madre, due persone sempre disponibili per ogni necessità e molto gentili. Sono sempre presenti, a disposizione degli ospiti. La piscina è fantastica, pulita e molto intima. Le stanze sono pulite, dotate di angolo cottura per le piccole esigenze. è necessario fare una spesa per acquistare cose di prima necessità, come spugna, lavapiatti, sale, olio… perché non sono presenti. In generale è un piccolo angolo di paradiso e nelle sue immediate vicinanze si trovano ristoranti, bar, supermercati e la spiaggia di Tsilivi si può raggiungere a piedi. Dimenticavo della vista dal balcone della camera… fantastica!

Just spent 8 nights at Yanna Studios beautiful location with fab views great pool area very quiet and relaxing close to restaurants and pubs short walk to the beach ,the owners were lovely and very helpful good value for money hopefully we will visit again very soon . Pauline

Another great stay with Yanna and Yannis this is our third year in a row staying here such a lovely family that welcomes you and make your stay in tsilivi so good Tucked away with great views in a peaceful location just a short walk to the busy area Fantastic pool clean comfy rooms for everything you would need for a relaxing break

I'm really torn with this place. The pool is, hands-down, very nice. As is the view from the balcony. The location may be a mixed bag depending on your preference. It's at the edge of Tsilivi rendering it a bit quieter while being up a steep hill. If that is no issue for you the location is basically perfect. There are a billion tavernas of different kinds within walking distance, as well as, slightly further away 2 supermarkets. The, also pretty nice, Tsilivi beach is around 10-15 mins away... now for the but though: I honestly don't understand all the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Maybe the people who wrote these are only used to cheap hostels. The rooms are not just very spartan and very basic (which is generally fine and almost expected) but really run-down. The beds are pretty worn. The kitchen equipment does basically not exist. Basic kitchenette stuff like a sponge or some liquid soap are AWOL. The few glasses, plates, and cutlery are of poor quality and somewhat dirty. Sheets and towels are all clean, the rest, however, not so much. The entire interior is in serious need of a makeover. I'm explicitely NOT saying that you should not book this place. But you should be aware of its limitations. Book it if you want a nice view and private pool, and don't plan on staying in the rooms or cook anything yourself. Despite the rating (which is probably upgraded by the pool) this is more like a 2-star place. Pros: - very nice and private pool - view from the room/balcony - location, edge of Tsilivi, more quiet Cons: - the rooms and almost everything about them

Le personnels était gentils et sympathiques comme une famille, le seule inconvénient est la médiocre connexion internet. Si non tout est comme les photos , n'attendais pas a un lux hotel, raport qualité prix ??.
