This is the perfect seaside house for a large party. We visited for a family birthday and the house has several communal rooms so that people can be together or find space. There is also the benefit of not being able to hear anything from the ground floor from the floors above so noise and different sleep schedules isn’t a problem. It was lovely and clean with the kitchen and bar area providing a lovely communal space and the rooms all being a good size. The hot tub is really warm albeit gets the sun on a morning, but the front lawn gets full sun on an afternoon and is a lovely space to sit out in. All round lovely house for a weekend with a large party and fits all possible needs. - there is one bedroom on the ground floor for anyone in the party that would struggle with two flights of stairs.
