Stayed for 2 nights family funeral great rooms situated right next to a Indian restaurant which was very nice . Freshly cooked breakfast each morning would definitely stay here again .

We got two rooms and stayed as a family over the last few days. The host, although we didn't actually meet him in person was friendly and informative. The rooms were homely and lovely and the bed was like a cloud. So comfortable! Rooms were clean and had all you'd need. Shower was powerful and nice and there were fresh big towels in the room! The area is quiet and you're guaranteed a good rest here. Breakfast was to order and delicious and the lady who cooked it was lovely and inviting each morning. Wonderful location to explore the Norfolk coast. Enough out of the way that it is not full of holiday makers but close enough to hop in car and head off. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Yaxham Mill as we had a wedding and it was the closest to the venue. We had three rooms together on the first floor with views over fields. Comfortable beds , toiletries , hairdryer, fan, tea, coffee and biscuits with extras in the corridor. Breakfast inside the mill and it was cooked to perfection. Lovely friendly host made our stay enjoyable would definitely come again and recommend highly.

Lovely 2 night break , very welcoming at breakfast, friendly atmosphere and loved the quirky breakfast room inside the mill. Tea ,coffee, water biscuits in room. Booked for concert in Sandringham and although a drive after that it was definitely the right decision to stay at the mill

What a wonderful surprise! My partner and I stayed here a couple of nights ago, as when booked, a quick convenient stop for the night, and not expecting too much. Much to our pleasure, I was just the very best! Our room although very plain, was supplied with everything one could need, including a fan ( wonderful!) in this very hot weather. Breakfast was in the mill itself, up one flight of steps, and was very beautifully home cooked. The Indian restaurant only a few steps away produced a very good evening meal, which was gratefully eaten after our long journey. So I/we can highly recommend this place, you will be very pleasantly surprised.

I arrived a little early and Paul and his team were so accommodating allowing me to wait until the room was cleaned before going out to a local event. I stayed in room 10 which was lovely and airy, plenty of cupboard space and the most comfortable bed! There was a little courtyard outside with a picnic bench which was lovely to sit at listening to the birds on the evening. Breakfast was beautiful with fully cooked breakfast and lovely coffee. Felt like home from home and such friendly and helpful hosts. If you are looking for a lovely b and b, with great breakfast served inside a mill, this is the place for you. Will definitely stay here again!

We found Yaxham Mill really warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean with very welcome tea and coffee and biscuits. Thank you Paul for the lovely breakfast which was very good quality and lots of choice. We would love to stay again.

Had a wonderful sleep very comfortable bed felt really well rested, Lovely welcoming hosts and breakfast was very tasty ,Will definitely be staying again in the new year and next time will explore the area more look forward to it and seeing Paul and Mandy again.

The mill is situated off a country road in a quiet area surrounded by fields and farmland. A very quiet space. The room was lovely. A comfortable bed, great pillows, tea/coffee facilities, a fan for when you're hot and a plug in radiator for when you're cold. The room had a plumbed radiator as well. The bathroom was en suite with a large sink, good size mirror and a plumbed shower, water was piping hot! Selection of shmpoo and body washes. Breakfast was taken inside the mill itself. Paul, our host, was friendly and polite with a good sense of humour and good local knowledge. He cooks the breakfast in the ground floor kitchen and brings it up to the 2nd floor dining area. Two choices of breakfast, continental with 2 warm croissants and a selection of preserves. A range of cereal and yoghurt and bread for toast. Or a cooked English, 2 bacon rashers, sausage ,egg, cooked tomato, large flat mushroom and beans served in a ramekin. Tea/coffee by the pot with decaff options. Simple fayre cooked well. Don't expect the Ritz! This is a great place to stay with everything you need. Its quant and quirky. For the price you pay it is value for money. Paul is very accommodating. 200ft away is the Rani Indian restaurant. The restaurant do excellent food and have a beer garden for those who would maybe like a drink without necessarily eating. We cant wait to go back again.
