I can’t say enough about how magical this place is. The staff are welcoming and warm and attentive. The food is incredible. The room was perfection. We were even there during unusually strong weather with rain and very relentless winds and so didn’t get to swim or kayak or snorkel but STILL had an incredible time walking around the island and cozying up in our room. Highly recommend

Has the potential to be such an outstanding and incredible experience but the staff engagement was pretty subpar.

The location was incredible but the staff was pretty unhelpful and were not proactive. The weather was bad but the staff did not do much to help make the stay easier. There was no follow up when asked about stuff. The staff made you feel as though you were bothering them.

Hands down best place I have stayed in a long time. I loved the staff, they were all wonderful! Rooms and beach/ocean absolutely amazing! I wish I could give 10 stars! I cannot say enough about the staff!! They get 20 stars!

Ci hanno rubato un costume, il sentiero che porta al paese se piove diventa impraticabile, incomprensibile che non mettano due luci e qualche pietra , le spiagge sono quasi inesistenti , barriera corallina piccola, ma carina, ottimo il ristorante ma il personale seppur molto gentile è veramente impreparato

Everything was exelente, just the pillow for me was a bit hard, the food exelent, osmar and ricardo are AMAZING

The plants are full of life. Neat bathroom with plants, live crabs, little lizards are in the bathroom too. Beautiful views of the carribean. Delicious drink and foods. Not one single complaint.
