Fantastic service and attentive staff. Great room service. Close to public transport allowing you to catch a train or uber to old town and tourist attractions. Very clean and modern. Quiet area.

El personal muy amable. Los resortes de la cama se me encajaban, además en el techo del ba?o y la habitación (entre la ventana y la persiana) se observaban puntos negros como hongos.

Wonderful hotel Great location, super friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and most importantly comfortable bed and so quiet.

Great location to metro station. Easy access from airport. Quiet residential area, shopping & restaurants nearby. Clean rooms - excellent shower but step over into bath for access. Beds on the firm side. Would recommend stay

Lovely place. 4 star for sure. Room service was timely. We stayed in the junior suite and it was fantastic. Staff were extremely professional. Sofia was an excellent help. Elevator is quick. Mini bar in the room. A nice welcome packet was in our room when we arrived. You do have to carry your luggage down some steps (maybe 5?) to reception. Most of our tours were 30-40 minute walk to meeting points from this location, but Ubers are cheap and reliable. If you are shopping around for your stay, be sure to keep this property in mind.

Zenit hotel is well located surrounded by bus lines and metro lines that will take you in no time all over the city. The staff are all helpful and courteous, the rooms are all super clean, big and most importantly sound proofed by double doors. The breakfast was good with choices of everything and even fried eggs and omelettes on request. I would return to this hotel.

Facilities were a huge letdown as the gym equipments were mostly not working and were faulty. On my last day when I was changing in my room before checking out, housekeeping barged into the room without knocking on the room door which is very unacceptable. I would only recommend this place if anyone is looking for a quieter hotel that is easy to travel to/from the airport in Lisbon.
