We spent our vacation in this wonderful hotel! The Glory administrator met us! Instantly offered a compliment from the hotel: beer, cocktail or juices to choose from! I had a wonderful meeting with the hotel! During her stay, Glory solved our everyday issues very quickly and competently! Thanks to her and the hotel owner for a romantic dinner on the last day of vacation!

I don’t know where to start to say how much I appreciated this place. The place is beautiful and furnished with everything you need. It has a view on the wonderful beach, so you can watch the sunset from there. But the best and most amazing thing about the place is PEOPLE who work there. Everyone of them were extremely kind and available for everything. The best people in the world! They Made us feel at home for everything and at every Moment. Glory was the ABSOLUTE BEST. Professional, fun, kind, patient. She manages everything smoothly and amazingly. Richard, the guy at the reception, was the kindest and the sweetest! Marco too, the Masai guy who’s always there at night, was so kind with us. We will definitely miss them! I cannot do anything but recommend to stay in this resort. Thank you so much for everything guys! Marta and Claudia love you! See you soon!

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful, mainly because of the exceptional staff. A very special thanks goes to Glory, Bello, and Ali – they were absolutely outstanding. All three were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly, and they supported us whenever we needed assistance. Their warm attitude and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We would also like to praise the staff at the dining reception, the waitresses, and the security team. Everyone was consistently very friendly, attentive, and professional, which contributed greatly to a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, this hotel has an excellent team that truly makes a difference. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Bella Хороший отель. Находится на берегу моря. Это даже не первая, а я бы сказала нулевая линия. Очень маленький и уютный отель. Были включены завтраки. Плюсы: - до моря идти 30 секунд, выходишь их номера и спускаешься по лестнице. Если прилив, то уже на лестнице море. - уютный номер в танзанийском стиле - всегда есть горячая вода - в отеле имеется хороший wifi и свой генератор, выключения света проходят практически незаметными - место с шезлонгами для загара. Дают мягкие лежаки на них и зонтики. И пляжные полотенца. - охрана территории, можно спокойно оставлять вещи и ходить купаться - ежедневная уборка Минусы: - при заселении нужно оплачивать туристический сбор. Со 100$ сначала не хотели давать сдачу, потом дали старые доллары (будьте внимательны) - завтраки: каждый день меню дня, нужно заказывать по меню, шведского стола нет - для меня как аллергика не всегда было что поесть на завтрак, официанты не всегда слушают и несколько раз приносили мне еду с аллергеном, хотя я их предупреждала - если не давать чаевые (признают только доллары), количество полотенец в номере снижается с каждым днем. Первый день было 4, потом 3, в последние дни осталось 2. В целом я бы рекомендовала отель, если готовы мериться с минусами.

Leur service est excellent , j’ai été bien accueilli à la réception par Hassan,Richard and Gloria,leur service est rapide,l’h?tel a des grandes chambres la bonne nourriture et surtout qu’il est juste près de la plage.c’est un endroit à recommander …je le suis vraiment bien amusée et je compte y retourner

Провели отпуск в этом замечательном отеле! Администратор Glory встретила нас! Моментально предложила комплимент от отеля: пиво, коктейль или соки на выбор! Замечательно провела знакомство с отелем! Во время пребывания Glory очень быстро и компетентно решала наши бытовые вопросы! Спасибо ей и хозяину отеля за романтический ужин в последний день отдыха!

We are just leaving Zenobia and we are truly sad to see it go. All of the staff were fantastic - Bella & Gloria at the front office, Richard, Enos, Halima, Schola, Salma in the restaurant and Respikius and Marko as the friendly security. The housekeeping even helped us celebrate our anniversary in style. Location is a 10/10.

Tuve el placer de hospedarme en Zenobia Beach Resort y la experiencia fue realmente positiva. Desde el primer momento, el personal se mostró muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hizo que me sintiera bienvenido y cómodo durante toda mi estadía. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas, y el ambiente general del hotel era tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar. Una de las cosas que más valoré fue la actitud servicial del equipo, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a brindar recomendaciones o resolver cualquier necesidad. Como sugerencia, creo que el desayuno podría mejorar si se ofreciera la posibilidad de seleccionar los alimentos a gusto del huésped, con más opciones personalizables. Esto sin duda haría la experiencia aún más completa.

The beach at Zenobia is really nice and offers great photo ops. The beds are nice and I loved the breakfast too.
