Hotel nadaje si? do remontu, wsz?dzie brudno, zw?aszcza w jadalni brudne, poplamione obrusy, a? odechciewa si? je??. Brak wyboru, ró?norodno?ci posi?ków. Na ?niadanie stare sery bia?e i ?ó?te, brak jakichkolwiek warzyw, np. pomidor, ogórek, nie wspomn? o zupe?nym braku owoców, chocia? jest sezon na nie.Oprócz trzech beznadziejnie ubogich posi?ków, brak przek?sek (jak przysta?o na all inclusive). W ofercie jest informacja, ?e hotel jest usytuowany w pobli?u centrum handlowego Adam, ale s? tam jedynie pami?tki, nie mo?na kupi? podstawowych rzeczy.. Do pla?y daleko. W pokoju pojawiaj? si? karaluchy. Jednym s?owem “dramat”, hotel powinien zosta? zamkni?ty a nie przyjmowa? go?ci, nara?aj?c ich na stres zwi?zany z pobytem.

Super hotel,przytulny,kameralny,z basenem. Posi?ki du?o,smacznie,bardzo urozmaicone. Pokoje sprz?tane codziennie, r?czniki i po?ciel regularnie zmieniane. Klimatyzacja indywidualnie sterowana dzia?a a? za dobrze,w pokoju w najwi?kszy upa? by?o wr?cz zimno. Z ciep?? wod? nie by?o problemu. ?adnego robactwa,nawet komarów nie by?o. Pla?a w odleg?o?ci spaceru 10 min., zadbana, le?aki i parasole zawsze dost?pne. Wi-fi ?rednio,w recepcji bez problemu, w naszym pokoju s?abo. Przemi?a obs?uga hotelu. Z animacji nie korzystali?my wi?c si? nie wypowiem.

Après des séjours et des séjours à Djerba c'est la première fois que je vais dans un h?tel si minable. Nourriture pas variée Tables pas débarrassées et pas nettoyées avec une éponge entre chaque client Niveau sanitaire c'est plus que moyen Il faut se débrouiller pour trouver des verres et des serviettes de table Nappes tachées En une semaine ménage jamais fait sur tables basses vers le bar intérieur Prise électrique dénudée Pas de serviette de plage juste des serviettes de bain ab?mées ou des bouts de tissus Animation inexistante les animateurs ne font rien et n'ont aucune envie de faire quoi que ce soit Le responsable animation a ses têtes, ne motive pas ses troupes, préfère rester assis avec son téléphone portable Salle de bain en mauvais état, joints noirs, poubelle rouillée, fuite d'eau au niveau de la baignoire Chasse d'eau qui fonctionnait mal Difficile de changer des dinars en euros à la réception et pas de re?u donné donc à l'aéroport on n'a pas voulu nous redonner des euros car pas de re?u donné par l'h?tel Bref je n'ai jamais vu ?a

Super expérience a l h?tel Zenon Toute l équipe est aux petits soins, de l équipe d animation, aux personnels de cuisine, barman et de ménage tout est parfait. La nourriture est varié, les chambres propres. Un grand bravo a l équipe d animation qui nous mettent l ambiance tous les soirs. Ahmed (Leo),Daly (chocolat) et le chef d animation Foued sont superbes.

Très agréable h?tel familial. Tout le personnel se donne de la peine pour que vous passiez de bonnes vacances. Piscine agréable avec transat et parasol. Plage proche avec accès en calèche même si c est à 300 m, idem parasol et transat, bons repas copieux et variés. Animation pour tout le monde . Allez y les yeux fermés . Mérité plus qu un 3 étoiles . Mention spéciale à l animateur fouad
