bilik perlukan penambahbaikkan. bidet leaking, lampu tandas kelip2, dapor memasak dah tak berapa panas. paling best sbb pasar malam bawah bilik je. also staff dia bagus sbb kita ada tertinggal barang and diaorang tlg simpankan.

Here’s my honest review. Stayed for 2D1N here.
Arrived on 15th Jan, around 5.15PM. Check-in was smooth. Now here’s come the first challenge.
1. NO HOT WATER. We were tired from a long drive, and wanted to refresh & rest before going out again for dinner. But the water heater didn’t function. I started to get headache so I just took a damn cold shower.
2. ONLY ONE BATHMAT. There’s two toilets, but only the master room comes with the bathmat.
3. NOT SO CLEAN TOILET. When I first wash my foot and the bathroom floor is so sandy. The toilet seats were yellowish.
4. DIRTY LINENS & TOWEL. Stained quilt cover and pillowcases, towels and even the sofa was quite outdated and worn out.
I’ve told the management about the condition above, THANK YOU for the PROMPT actions by the staff. They came and bring new bathmat, towels, kettle and help us change to a new room.
Now, for the second room we had a hot water! Unfortunately the cleanliness was even worst for this room. When we first entered the room smelled like a Clorox just had a huge spill accident. The toilets were dirtier, rustier, and the second room even had a MOULD on the wall. I’m talking about half of the wall with obvious mould issues, even the curtains too were mouldy. We were just too tired to change to another room. We had to open the door for ventilation as the room felt too stuffy. One of the stool leg was also broken even before we use it.
Just such a poor management, pitiful for such a spacious unit, good location (near the weekend pasar malam, good steamboat/hotpot place below the place, had speed mart etc.). The management can revamp/reno/upgrade to the place to cater for customers better experience and satisfaction. I’ve came to CH so many times, tried different hotels, apartments, but so far this is the worst. Please improve.

Strategic location and the apartment is spacious but a bit old.near pasar malam and shop ..overall ok lah..
But ..
The cleanliness need to improve
Floor is very dirty and sticky, the toilet is slippery as well, there isnt any anti slippery carpet .the curtain is mouldy
There's yellow stains and black stains on blanket bed and carpet.The bed sets are dirty.
The hot water for shower is not functioning well.

Kami stay 3 hari 2 malam. Tapi bila kami keluar bilik kami tidak di bersih kan dari pihak hotel. Kami syor kan pehak hotel membuat perhimatan kebersihan bagi guest yang stay melebihi 1 malam. Harap

Not sure what to expect but I wonder why the room has no fan or aircond. If no aircond it acceptable but not even single fan in a room? At night we were feels like a bit hot with no airflow movement in our room. I have check with receptionist and they said all room are the same, there is no aircond or fan. There are water spill on the floor when I first check in. Coming from fridge, not sure why. And the fridge are not cold. Even not functioning. Basic tooth kit only. Deposit please prepare RM100 cash. If not, you need to make online transfer and to refund back it takes 3-7 days. I am still waiting for my deposits. The bedsheet full of stains. Tv are not functioning.

离车站有段距离，不过楼下面就是夜市，吃东西很方便。
是居民楼改造的那种公寓，两室一厅结构不错，面积很大，但设施老旧了一些，衞生一般，主卧被罩里的被子是脏的，小朋友很介意，坚决不盖被子。幸好另一张床上的被子稍微乾净些。
金马伦晚上还蛮凉的，被子厚度不太够，会冷。酒店如果针对这些细节好好改进下，应该更值得。
