they gave us a dirty room with bad smell ...then they gave us another better rooms.

Horrible experience that we had so far. Not any responsible person at the front desk after evening. They just hanged a number behind the glass door for emergency call that I called them several times but no one took the phone. The room was so hot and smelling like mold is growing because of bad ventilation and moisture. I found some beetles in the last 2 days in the bathroom but no one took the phone to come over for cleaning. There is not any phone in the room to connect to front desk and you need to use your personal phone to reach out to them. The breakfast was supposed to start and 6:30 am but everyday start with delay and first day not serving either without any notice or heads-up email.
The bathroom vanity plumbing was leaking and all around the bathroom floor was wet and smelled so bad.

Wonderful and friendly staff who upgraded our room. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning.

Do not get the economy rooms
This hotel is Jeckyll and Hyde. If you get a room on the side with the trams, it's awful (see other reviews), if you get a room on the other side, it's totally fine, 4* review, not an issue.
I would recommend paying more for the better rooms and finding somewhere else if you want to spend less money.

Basic room with no amenities. King bed is really two twins pushed together. Bed sheets consist of a bottom fitted sheet and a 5 foot long comforter. There is no air conditioning, so you essentially sleep uncovered or you sweat it put. The "coffee maker" is a machine that heats water...you figure out what to do next. No iron...maybe that's a European thing? Tiny bathroom with only half a shower door, so have fun standing in your bath water when you brush your teeth. Soap and shampoo is a squeeze bottle hung on the wall. Cups in bathroom are plastic and a bit larger than a shot glass. If you are coming from the US, bring a European power converter...hotel doesn't supply them, so that was my mistake. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Clean. Busy central location, so it's a good launch point to see the city.
