Stefano est Très serviable souriant et généreux!
Le petit déjeuner est fait maison et préparé par lui et ces frères.
Emplacements est pratique et idéal ; c’est à l’entrée de la rue principale .
La terrasse est le point fort !

This place run by three brothers is a true gem. They truly go above and beyond in accommodating their guests. We were especially pleased and grateful by their incredibly sweet attention to our 9-year daughter for whom this trip was her birthday gift. Every morning she had something special served for her at breakfast including jams made by the brothers' mother. What can be better! This review is long overdue. Life took over after we returned home from Italy. But rest assured, Francesco, we have not forgotten you and your brothers and remain grateful. If any of our friends travel to Noto we will insist they stay at Zioli.

Ambiance et accueil au top Situation exceptionnelle :à 2 pas du centre historique. Terrasse avec vue magnifique Petit déjeuner divin...on s'est régalé : tout est fait maison! Chambre impeccable, décorée avec go?t

Very nice young man, Eduardo, greeted us & showed us around the property. There was a rooftop area that was quite nice. Parking was off site, on street, but free & an easy walk to the B&B. The B&B is located just off the main pedestrian only street in Noto so location is perfect. Breakfast was good too.

Posto da 10 e lode...posizione centrale a noto ma tranquilla...avevanol'ultima disponibilità e abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti nella dependance a 50mt dal b&b...sistemazione rustica un po vintage ma accogliente e con tutti i comfort...TV e aria condizionata bagno bello grande...x la colazione la mattina andavamo al b&b e lì con Francesco e Stefano abbiamo assaggiato prodotti ottimi e freschi frutta torte yogurt conditi con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità nel dare consigli...terrazza davvero bella con jacuzzi a disposizione...posti auto nelle vicinanze se si è fortunati in alternativa parcheggio centrale convenzionato con loro 15€ al giorno a 200mt...ci rivedremo presto!

3 yngre br?dres der ejer stedet og en n?rliggende restaurant ,tilbyder en enest?ende service og kvalitet.
Zioli er ikke et hotel i traditionel forstand ( kun 4 v?relser)
Og beliggenheden ,hvortil der ikke kan k?res i bil er en udfordring,men stor hj?lpsomhed fra et personalet afhj?lper problemet.

Il contesto è estremamente accogliente e curato, nel pieno centro di Noto. La terrazza concede tranquillità e una vista magnifica. Le camere, anche le più piccole, consentono il massimo confort. Abbiamo apprezzato, soprattutto, la calda accoglienza degli ospiti, tre fratelli prodigiosi che consentono di sentirsi a casa sin dal primo momento. Attenti ad ogni minimo dettaglio, dalle succulente colazioni alle più banali premure, hanno costituito la premessa fondante di una vacanza indimenticabile. Bravissimi!

Charming guest house run by three brothers, very centrally located in Noto. Nice old building with just a few rooms renovated in a casual trendy style, including a very cool rooftop terrace and bar. Breakfast was exquisite - a wonderful selection of sweet things - homemade cantucci, crusty bread, strawberries, organic yoghurt, homemade jams, fresh orange juice, excellent cappuccino- all superb. The brothers were a delight. Some how they manage to be extremely professional and totally laid back at the same time. They also run a restaurant, where we had lunch and which was fantastic - Naché. If any of my friends ever visit Noto I will be insisting they stay here!
