One of the best experiences ever. Located at the best spot and an imaginable view. If you want to spend a holiday or weekend that definitely will be repeated over the year than just book with Zoe Hora. The rooms are very clean, the restaurant offers the best dishes and the team offers assistance that you will never forget. Special thanks to Bledi who made our trip unforgettable. Definitely we will come back again at the same place as we have no doubts about the service and the place.

We had a wonderful stay at Zoe Hora Hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a vintage style. The restaurant had an amazing view. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway. Do not forget to make reservations for the spa in advance because it was really busy.

We were lucky e Pugh to stay here for 3 nights for a family wedding. From the moment we checked in we were made so welcome. The views are absolutely stunning and we loved every minute of our stay. Staff were attentive and food fantastic. Highly recommend.

We spent 3 nights at zoe hora in September, 2023. We decided to stay there as we were party of a wedding taking place at the hotel. The hotel is composed by multiple levels of small villas/rooms and is beautifully done. It feels very authentic and is very pleasant to wonder around the property. You can enjoy some amazing sunsets and a beautiful view of the sea. Is worthy to note that the closest beach is around 10 min drive and similar distance if you want to get dinner or so (if you decide to explore the village and not eat at the hotel’s restaurant). Unfortunately the hotel is poorly run and I am not sure the rooms are completely finished. We had quite a few issues during our stay and the person at the reception was completely useless and quite rude. Our room had a pool view and was on the first floor, when asked if we can be seen from the pool we were told ??absolutely not?? and the moment I went outside to check, you could absolutely see through the windows right into the room. We tried to change but decided to stay. The main door didn’t close (unless you locked it with the key - note we were given only one key). Very inconvenient!!! The bathroom door also didn’t close and made a horrible noise if you tried to open or close it. They sent somebody to check, we were told to just leave the bathroom door half open as anyways it’s only two of us!!! Not the answer I was expecting. Nothing to be done for the main door either! AC didn’t work! They sent somebody who pressed a button and said it’s fixed. It didn’t get fixed during the 3 days we were there. We went to get towels for the pool (at the reception, 2 flights down from the pool!!), we were told that there are none left, all are being washed. This was the answer for 2 days in a row! Our room wasn’t made the first day. Nobody said anything. On day 2 we pass by the reception as we were leaving the hotel and were asked if we could leave the key. There was only one key to the room so they needed it to be able to access the room. Sort of shocking but we left the key. We asked for an iron (remember, we were there for a wedding). For 30 minutes we were given 5 different answers and finally we were refused the iron. Somebody from the reception came to pick up the shirt and ironed it. Nice of them but we were late to the welcoming dinner!!! All of the above would have been forgotten if we would have received an apology or a proper response/reaction to our concerns. Instead we got ghosted and the reception didn’t even pick up if we called. This is supposed to be one of the best hotels in the area and fairly expensive for Albania so we definitely hoped for better service and treatment. When we were leaving we had to call and wait for the person at the reception to come down (we could have just left without paying literally). It was 7am but still, shouldn’t a reception work 24h? He was obviously hangover and did confirm that as he continued to be extremely rude. I was trying to negotiate a better ra

Beautiful location, peaceful atmosphere, and lovely design. The front office manager, Mr. Diyar, was incredibly helpful and welcoming—he made our stay even more special. Highly recommended. I hope we can come back in the summer high season.

We made reservation last minute and we arrived late but when we wake up we saw all beauty with amazing sea view. The restaurant location is best spot to watch sunset. Don’t forget to make reservation also for restaurant. They have also the Spa with massage

Bledi (the manager) and his team were absolutely brilliant! The level of customer service and their dedication to make us feel at home was outstanding The rooms and the breakfast was amazing but more so, we’ve never seen such views! Couldn’t recommend more Thank you for making our stay unforgettable

Incroyable expérience culinaire du service à l’accueil. On nous a conseillé le menu et c’était un sans faute ! Le lieu comme dans un film à couper le souffle ! Nous allons y revenir c’est certain l’année prochaine !!! Merci à Jurgen et au manager

O hotel em si é espetacular, situado numa encosta e com vistas maravilhosas. Sobra beleza e falta boa gest?o e bom servi?o ao hóspede. As pessoas que lá trabalham s?o gentis e dispostas a atender bem, mas s?o muito poucos a trabalhar para a quantidade de hóspedes e pela extens?o do hotel. Entre o ponto mais alto ( onde meu filho se hospedou com a esposa e filha) e o ponto mais baixo (onde se hospedou um casal de amigos) s?o aproximadamente 250 metros de distancia, com muitas escadas e rampas. Eu fiquei perto da recep??o, que por sinal n?o funciona 24 h/dia. Um hotel desta categoria, com projeto arquitet?nico arrojado, enxoval e amenities de primeira qualidade, muitas escadas (como eu já disse), valor de diárias bastante acima do mercado local, n?o tem servi?o de quarto! Isso mesmo! Eu mesma tive que subir as escadas e levar um balde (sem gelo) com cervejas para meu filho, pois a bebê estava dormindo e eles n?o poderiam sair do quarto. No restaurante, com o hotel lotado, apenas duas pessoas para atender e somente uma falava inglês. A mo?a até tentava ser gentil, mas n?o dava conta de tantos pedidos. Cardápio muito resumido e com pre?os bastante inflados. Ao chegar ao meu quarto, a TV estava desligada da parede. Ao tentar ligar, vi que havia apenas duas tomadas em um grande parede e havia, além da TV, mais três aparelhos para serem ligados: frigobar, maquina de café e chaleira. Ou seja, erro de projeto elétrico. Chaleira e máquina de café ficaram desconectadas da tomada. Faltou água quente no meu banheiro e só foi resolvido no dia seguinte, após o café da manh?. De fato notamos que em todas as cidades que passamos na Albania falta energia constantemente por curtos períodos. O hotel disse que a falta de energia havia desligado um dos equipamentos que levaria água quente ao nosso quarto. Mas só notaram quando eu avisei que estava sem água quente. Estávamos em um grupo de cinco casais. Um dos casais ficou em um quarto que estava ainda em fase final de constru??o, sem as janelas externas de madeira. Resultado: acordaram com o amanhecer do dia. Outro ponto a ser repensado pelo gestor é a precifica??o de diárias. Como disse, éramos cinco casais. E tivemos quartos bastante diferentes em termos de localiza??o, tamanho e conforto, mas pagando o mesmo (alto) valor. Resumo da avalia??o: o hotel tem potencial para ser o melhor da regi?o, mas falta administra??o eficiente, gerência correta de recursos humanos e aquele toque de charme que diferencia um bom hotel de um excelente hotel. Sugest?o: associa??o a uma rede de hotéis de luxo ou contratar um especialista em implanta??o e recome?ar do zero.

Unglaublich sch?nes Hotel. Alles ansprechend gestaltet und grosse Zimmer. Sch?nes Design und freundliche Menschen. Wunderbare Aussicht und einen Kr?uterduft in der Nase. Luxuri?s und einmalig, sauber und eine wunderbare Terrasse.
