Breakfast was very minimal hardly qualify as a continental breakfast When the room rate states includes breakfast we would expect some fruit cold cuts and cheese as a minimum.
The room is moldy. I sent the picture but he said that's not the hotel problem but the building problem.
When we arrived no one in the customer service. I already told them will be arrive in the afternoon around 12.00 to 13.00.

The three of us loved the room, very clean, the location of 7 Bells House was perfect for sight seeing and catching our cruise , their breakfast was lovely and all of the staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful with our shuttle arrangements. Thank you 7 Bells House for a memorable vacation.

The room was spacious. It had windows that faced the inside court room and every time someone walked by the lights would come on and light up our room through the curtains. The shower needed to be cleaned, it had mold forming on the tiles. The owner was nice and made us croissants and coffee in the morning. Great location!
Not a true hotel. More like half way house.,staff friendly, helpful when there. Other times, no one present. Facility provided 5 rooms. Raised issue of safety, though no issue arose. Room basic. Could use more shelves. TV only provided in Italian. Furniture basic, aged. Limited breakfast option. Location middle downtown area. Many streat vendors providing pasta, fish options. Other shops clothing,
jewelry, plus other options. Limited activities available.
Stayed at 7 Bells one night before a cruise. We booked for 7 Bells but instead they put us in another hotel, Alibrandi Palace, next door. Was a bit skeptical but it turned out to be totally fine. Clean and quiet.
We would have appreciated more details about finding the actual place. We passed it twice. The sign was very small and we didn't realize we would need to be buzzed in. We felt lost.
Room was large, comfortable, and had a nice shower. Owner was very nice and helpful. Many places to eat in area plus grocery store about a 3 min walk from property. So close we walk right to our cruise ship which was .8 miles away. Reasonably priced, would definitely stay again.
