I sista minuten s?g vi att vi skulle bo p? ett annat hotell ?n det vi bokat. Det kunde ha kommunicerats.. Ingen hiss s? sl?pande upp till andra v?ningen. Stort men mycket spartanskt rum. Inte speciellt mysigt. Ingen frukost... Dock inga problem s? det finns billiga fik ?verallt.

Lo armamos. Habitación amplia con todo lo necesario. Alrededores limpios, con restaurantes y tiendas. área segura. Nos encantó

Buena ubicación.El personal amable.Al hacer la reserva nos incluía el desayuno.El primer día nos lo prepararon pero nos dijeron que la reserva no incluye desayuno.No nos cobraron ese desayuno,pero al día siguiente ya no nos entraba en la reserva.No sabemos si es problema de la app al hacer la reserva. El resto muy bien.El ba?o huele a humedad,pero será por falta de ventana.Estaba limpio.

We really wanted to enjoy this space but upon arrival we were not given the room requested, our lights and A/C didn’t work. The reception was helpful and the issue was resolved quick quickly but we were told there were no other rooms available. Okay…we can live with that. After settling in we went for a lovely dinner only to return to 3-4 teenagers loitering at our entrance, blocking us from entering and using profanity and vulgar language towards us. Once mention of chatting with officers around the corner they left. We waited still for about 10 minutes to ensure they were not around when we entered the door code. It did not feel safe or comforting as there is no staff on site past a certain time. We were to stay again but have since canceled the stay, no money is being refunded…unfortunate but says a lot about us not wanting to stay.

Cruise i Italia Vi hadde et sv?rt hyggelig opphold p? hotellet, som har en utmerket beliggenhet med kort avstand til cruisehavnen. Personalet var im?tekommende og hjelpsomme, noe som bidro til en positiv opplevelse. Rommet var romslig og komfortabelt, og vi sov godt. Badet var ogs? romslig, men dusjhodet burde v?rt byttet ut, da det var noe misfarget av mugg.

Staff unprofessional. Breakfast area was nice but breakfast was supposed to start at 8. The young woman didn’t start getting things ready until 830. Poor selection of food. Tables on balcony left unwiped. She took lots of smoke/vape breaks and texting on phone. Room had an unpleasant odor and very small.

I was coming into town and checking in around 8pm. There was no one at the premises so I was told how to get in. This is no problem and expected. However the person corresponding with me was not very responsive. In the morning there was still no one there and I could not get a response. There was no coffee, no breakfast. My tv remote did not work and the heater said that it needed a filter cleaning. I was told to check myself out (this was very much a self service with no assistance on how to navigate the town) I was there for a cruise. Nd was trying yo figure out how yo get a taxi to the port or if I should walk and once again no response. I never write reviews and have never felt motivated to write a bad one until now! I think for me it is very important to have a human interaction at some point!
