Osa is a lovely spot for a drink, but plan on dining elsewhere. Breakfast buffet is serviceable but not worth the $. Not enough towels in the room, and the hvac in the bathroom never shuts off. Otherwise a great option for lodging in Pasadena, with 8$ parking across the street!

Room was clean and staff was friendly from the minute we walked in the door. The hotel amenities were great without having to leave hotel. Food/Bar delivered.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Our room was wonderful. We slept great and were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The only negative comment I have is the rootop restaurant - Osa. The service was very very slow and poor customer service. Although the burger was good, the fries were so salty they burned our mouth.

The breakfast is subpar with limited options. 3 times in a row i was charged for the breakfast that shoukd have been comped as a perk for booking with *******. This hotel is new and you can tell they are still working through the kinks. Room never got cleaned or soap filled in the ahower.

I will continue to stay at AC Hotel Pasadena when I’m in town visiting family. The rooms are spotless, the beds and pillows are comfortable and the staff are some of the most friendly folks. I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t be disappointed.
