The hotel near to the beach , night time activities busking & live fire perfomance amazing . Food ok not bad . The ceo Dato Richard simple & very entertaining. Beach chalet ok .

Check in only at 5pm. I was at the lobby at 4pm but room not ready at that time. Very disappointed.
Nothing as complimentary
It is a big unit or bungalow unit that i took but they only gave 4 towels. I ask for additional towel they want to charge RM10 just to provide additional towel.
Additional blanket they charge me RM40 for 2 towels..
Location very good. Everything else was good too

Worth the price. Third time stay at this resort. Easy access to the beach. Good breakfast.

had a pleasant stay overall, but the pool could definitely be improved. When we arrived, the staff were still in the middle of cleaning the pool. Even after they were done, the water was still a bit cloudy and didn’t look fully clean. Hopefully the hotel can maintain the pool better because everything else about the stay was good

The breakfast menu needs to be improved, almost the same menu is everyday. Nasi Minyak everyday..Mee goreng...limited choices.
A lot of flies...
The room was not sound proof. The room is nothing special just a standard hotel.
Lady staff like LEPAK at the parking area near the lift area & disturb guests to park the car.
Full parking during peak time.

The furniture my look old but the hotel looks fresh. Suitable for family getaway or staycation. Good food, including the buffet breakfast of course. Enjoyed the evening entertainment. Good beachside location.

This is my second stay here. I am overall satisfied with the service. Everything was organized and food was tasteful.
